WE ARE HIRING – FRESHER ENGINEER (Only Male) Position: Fresher Engineer – Production & Quality Department: Foundry Division Qualification: Diploma Mechanical / B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year Location: Wai Maharashtra Job Responsibilities – Hands-on Work Work directly on the foundry shop floor and learn the complete casting process. Hands-on involvement in Melting, Moulding, Core Making, Pouring, Fettling and Gate Cutting . Monitor furnace operation and basic melting process parameters. Check mould and core quality before pouring. Monitor pouring activities and follow process instructions. Perform visual inspection of castings and identify casting defects. Learn defect identification such as blow hole, shrinkage, sand inclusion, crack, misrun and cold shut . Support dimensional and quality inspection using basic measuring instruments.
