SUMMARY: The primary responsibility will be to support the organization’s learning technologies and development activities through the development of instructional materials, working closely with others to support and implement all learning programs, and completing other technical projects as assigned. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The role will support Learning & Development functions that include, but are not limited to the following: Plan and coordinate all virtual and live training events; Prepare materials and planning activities for all virtual and live training events; Present and make recommendations regarding course design, technology, and instruction delivery options; Work with subject matter experts to gather information and material to develop instructional content, materials, and products such as lesson plans, student and instructor guides, presentations, infogr
