Roles & Responsibilities Function: Supply Chain management Develop clear understanding of key business drivers, analyses key financial metrics, provide value add analysis, support to Supply chain/Customer service/ finance management Develop Budget modeling by establishing KPIs / Run rates Support in preparation of AOP, Quarterly and monthly cost forecasts for related area Identify areas of operating improvements through data analysis, deep dive on cost structures and analyse business opportunities Keeping tab on KPIs and financial numbers and highlight in case of any deviations with planned numbers. Support in closing month end numbers and review Preparation of presentations for senior management review Handle complex adhoc request with a short turnaround time and supplement such request with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision-making Lead / Participate / Drive standardization & automation projects for process efficiency. Qualifications & Experience CA with 1-2 years of experience or MBA from from tier 1/ tier 2 college with finance experience Prior experience in Supply

Roles & Responsibilities Knowledge of fashion trends and must know about the attributes of the products Ensure that the content, attributes and images should be as per the guidelines provided. . Review the final content and suggest improvements as required. Ensure that the PDP meets the required criteria like colour, categories, materials etc. Coordinate with the buying and item master team for the running styles and to achieve High-quality standards. Ensure that all the quality standards are followed with the help of the item master team. Qualification : Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting). Strong communication skills. Well versed with Latest fashion trends, knowledge product description, keyword indexing, well

Problem solving skills, data structures and algorithms. ? Experience with distributed systems handling huge data. ? Coding skills in Java/J2EE. ? Good understanding of Web Technologies. ? Good understanding of any RDBMS and/or messaging.
