Job description
We’re expanding our marketing team to keep up with the rapid growth across our brands (MTX Performance, Geo Brakes, Workstaff360). We’re looking for a Junior AI-Powered Digital Marketer who can use AI tools to support campaign execution, content creation, reporting, and day-to-day marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone tech-savvy, eager to learn, and excited about using AI to streamline work and improve marketing performance. AI-Assisted Content & Creative Generate marketing copy using AI tools (ads, emails, landing pages, social content, product descriptions). Paid Ads & Media Support Assist in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube campaigns. Build keyword lists, write ad copy, and create ad assets using AI. Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports. Follow instructions from senior marketers for campaign optimization. Analytics & Reporting Generate autom
