What You'll Achieve: We are looking for a rare hybrid — a designer who builds. At Ginesys, Product Managers define what features go into the product — the constraints, the user personas, the outcomes required — and hand over PRDs. Backend engineering teams build the APIs and endpoints that become available. As a User Experience Engineer, you take it from there: working within this brief and these constraints (and conducting further discovery where needed), you will define the best possible user experience, design it — screens, workflows, interactions — and then build the frontend for it yourself.
