Job description
The Technical Content team is looking for a Technical Video Writer to create practitioner-focused videos that make complex technical concepts clear, engaging, and useful. You’ll develop scripts and narratives that show customers how to get more from our products across formats, including technical explainers, feature roundups, podcast-style conversations, and new video concepts. You’ll bring a strong sense of visual storytelling and hands-on knowledge of video production to the scripting process, thinking beyond the words on the page to how a story will come together on screen. Working closely with our video team, motion graphics animators, and technical experts, you’ll develop new topics and formats, translate technical details into compelling stories, and ensure every piece is clear, accurate, and relevant to practitioners.
