Remote Booking & Reservations Assistant (U.S. Based Only)
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Booking & Reservations Assistant to support scheduling and reservation coordination within the travel industry.
This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for individuals who are organized, responsive, and enjoy working in a structured, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating bookings, reservations, and scheduling requests
Gather and organize client information and preferences
Review reservation details to ensure accuracy and completeness
Communicate confirmations, updates, and follow-ups in a timely manner
Maintain organized records of bookings and client interactions
Support a smooth and efficient coordination process from start to finish
Requirements
Must be 18+ and based in the United States
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Clear and professional communication abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Comfortable using email, online systems, and scheduling tools
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in customer service, administrative support, or coordination roles
Interest in travel, hospitality, or event-related services
