Job description
Role Summary Our mission at HubSpot is to help millions of organizations grow better. As VP, Infrastructure Engineering, you'll shape the platforms that make that mission possible by enabling every engineering team to build, deploy, and operate software at scale. You'll lead an Infrastructure Engineering organization responsible for the cloud platforms, developer experience, data infrastructure, reliability, observability, and engineering productivity capabilities that power HubSpot's products. Reporting to senior engineering leadership, you'll be responsible for defining how infrastructure engineering evolves in an AI-first software company. This is a transformational leadership opportunity to influence HubSpot's technical strategy, accelerate engineering velocity, and help hundreds of engineers deliver remarkable experiences for millions of customers worldwide.
