Job description
Warehouse Manager – Roles & Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Warehouse Operations Manage and oversee the complete day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns. Ensure smooth and timely execution of warehouse activities as per business requirements and defined SOPs. Plan daily warehouse activities based on order volumes, manpower availability and dispatch requirements. Ensure optimum utilisation of warehouse space, infrastructure and available resources. 2. Inventory Management & Accuracy Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular physical verification, cycle counts and stock audits. Monitor inward, outward, stock transfers, returns, damages, shortages and excess stock. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure proper system-to-physical reconciliation.
