Job Description: We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor/Shift Incharge to manage Operations for our Warehouse in Kundli. Sonipat. This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone. This is an in-person role at our Haryana FC. You must be based near Sonipat. Responsibilities: Design optimized warehouse layouts and zoning strategies based on SKU velocity, demand patterns, and picking efficiency. Define and continuously improve SOPs across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch to drive productivity and reduce order processing time. Must have hands-on experience in FMCG operations and B2B/B2C business models. Manage FC team and forecast manpower requirements across all warehouse functions based on order volumes, SKU mix, and peak demand. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain from a top institution; MBA highly preferred. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP. 3-6 years in WH Management or supply chain, with hands-on experience in process design, SLA adherence, and supply chain costs. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards; proven ability to manage teams and stakeholders independently. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment and willingness to travel to execute projects on the ground. High ownership mindset with the drive to take initiatives from concept to execution.
