We're looking for an exceptional Associate Visual Designer to join our international creative team, helping shape how audiences discover and engage with WEBTOON across platform, social, paid media, and real-world touchpoints. This role owns IP branding and key visual assets — including Key Visual, Cover, Title Artwork, and Logo — across our WEBTOON services (Global WEBTOON, NAVER WEBTOON, Series, and more), while also driving high-impact, performance-driven design for marketing campaigns that attract new audiences and deepen engagement with existing fans across channels. We're seeking a detail-oriented, trend-aware designer who is a strong problem solver and can operate both autonomously and collaboratively. The ideal candidate brings strong visual fundamentals and understands how to translate creative concepts and series IP into compelling, audience-first design that performs. They are able to balance regional nuance with global appeal, ensuring work resonates across diverse markets while contributing to scalable creative output.
