Wellbeing Specialist Supervisor

Help shape a culture of care, connection, and community wellness. This position is Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week and covers 3 locations, with the primary location site being Clinton. As a Wellbeing Program Supervisor, (Internal Title: Wellbeing Specialist Supervisor ) you'll guide and support a team of staff dedicated to helping individuals with behavioral health needs thrive through Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) services. In this dynamic leadership role, you’ll oversee service delivery, provide training and supervision, and ensure a strengths-based, client-centered approach that supports recovery, holistic wellness, and supports personal growth for those we serve.
