💼 Position Overview Work From Home Reservations Assistant (Travel) – U.S. Based Only We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Reservations Assistant to support travel booking and scheduling coordination in a remote environment. This role focuses on assisting with reservations, organizing client details, and ensuring all arrangements are handled accurately and efficiently. It’s a great fit for individuals who enjoy working with details, providing support, and helping create smooth, organized experiences. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with coordinating travel reservations, including accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages
  • Gather and organize client information, preferences, and travel details
  • Review booking information for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate confirmations, updates, and follow-ups in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized records of reservations and client interactions
  • Support the overall booking and coordination process from start to finish
    • Requirements
  • Must be 18+ and based in the United States
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Clear and professional communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable using email, online platforms, and scheduling tools
    • Preferred (Not Required)
  • Experience in customer service, administrative support, or coordination roles
  • Interest in travel, hospitality, or event planning
