Work From Home Travel Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote
About the Role:
As a Travel Customer Service Representative, you will assist clients with hotel bookings and travel arrangements while delivering a high level of service and support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries regarding travel bookings
Assist with selecting and reserving accommodations
Provide accurate travel information and recommendations
Manage bookings and maintain detailed records
Ensure client satisfaction throughout the process
