Position Overview We are currently hiring a Travel Scheduling Assistant to support reservation coordination and client scheduling in a fully remote environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy organization, communication, and assisting with travel-related arrangements. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with coordinating travel schedules and reservations
  • Organize client travel information and booking preferences
  • Communicate confirmations, itinerary updates, and reservation details
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions
  • Support efficient coordination throughout the booking process
Requirements
  • Must be 18+ and located in the United States
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
