Events & Food Services Coordinate catering, food service, and hospitality support for meetings, events, executive visits, and customer engagements. Assist with planning and executing employee programs, celebrations, cultural events, and workplace activities. Ensure conference rooms, kitchens, café spaces, and common areas are fully stocked, organized, and presentation-ready. Help deliver memorable experiences that strengthen employee engagement and company culture. Experience supporting meetings, events, food service, hospitality, or front-desk operations is highly preferred. Previous experience in a technology company, hospitality environment, luxury hotel, coworking space, or corporate office is a plus. Positive attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and maintain professionalism with employees, customers, and executives. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace technology tools. What Success Looks Like Employees and visitors consistently describe the workplace experience as welcoming, engaging, and professional.
