About the team Radar helps businesses prevent fraud and abuse without getting in the way of legitimate customers. We combine machine learning powered by Stripe’s global network with intuitive dashboard experiences and developer APIs, to give our users comprehensive controls and insights to protect their business against threats ranging from payment fraud and card testing to bot and free trial abuse. Fraud doesn’t stand still, and it isn’t limited to checkout. As businesses launch new products and business models, attackers find new ways to exploit them. We obsess about understanding those attacks, identifying defenses that work, and making sophisticated fraud prevention simple for the businesses that depend on us to help them protect and grow their revenue with confidence. What you’ll do As a product manager on the Radar team, you’ll work directly with customers to understand the novel fraud and abuse attacks they face, identify the most important problems to solve, and turn those insights into product strategy and a roadmap. You’ll work at the intersection of customers, engineering, data science, design, and commercial teams to shape what we build and bring it to market. Your work will span the fraud and abuse detection and control capabilities at the heart of Radar and the user and developer experiences that put those capabilities into our customers’ hands. This role requires both urgency and taste. You’ll move quickly as threats evolve, without compromising on reliability, craft, or the details that make complex products feel beautifully simple. Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of the fraud and abuse landscape. Investigate emerging attacks with customers, assess their financial and operational impact, and distinguish isolated incidents from opportunities to build broadly useful defenses. Translate findings into a product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing the defenses that deliver the greatest customer and business impact. Partner with engineer

About the role As a Safeguards Enforcement Analyst on the account abuse team, you'll build and execute enforcement workflows that keep our products safe, with a focus on detecting and mitigating potential harm. Your initial focus will be account compromise: Anthropic's enforcement systems have to distinguish customers whose accounts have been compromised from actors abusing the platform — and today those two populations can look identical in the data. Stolen credentials and leaked keys are a growing abuse vector, and the collateral damage from enforcement against them lands on legitimate users. This position may expand into broader areas of enforcement over time. Safety is core to our mission, and you'll help shape policy enforcement so that our users can safely interact with and build on top of our products in a harmless, helpful, and honest way.
