Lynx Analytics is a specialist AI services firm operating at the intersection of data, analytics, and life sciences. We work with leading pharma, biotech, and medtech organisations to design and deliver high-impact solutions — from AI-driven commercial analytics to pharmacovigilance and patient insights. Our work is hands-on, deeply technical, and built around real client outcomes. Our clients include some of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies — spanning oncology, commercial analytics, and beyond. We are a lean, expert team and we are growing, and are building out our commercial function to match. We are hiring a Sales Manager to help drive Lynx's commercial growth in life sciences. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: you will carry your own pipeline and revenue targets, run complex sales cycles end-to-end, and work closely with our commercial leadership to strengthen the systems and account plans behind our growth. You will bring structure and consistency to day-to-day selling — prospecting, qualifying, proposing, and closing — while helping to build out the relationships, market coverage, and pipeline discipline that our commercial function needs as it scales. If you enjoy owning a number, running a disciplined sales process, and being part of building a commercial team from an early stage, this is that role. What You'll Do Own and deliver on revenue targets across target markets and net-new business Proactively prospect and generate new leads — cold outreach, targeted research, and networking to build a pipeline of new logos Manage the full sales cycle — from first outreach and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and close Build and maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline, with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within accounts you win, in partnership with delivery Work with delivery and leadership teams to shape proposals, pricing, and solution positioning for each opportunity
SUMMARY STATEMENT We are looking for a Solution Architect to design the technical solutions behind our client engagements and give delivery teams a clear, workable path from concept to production. You will work across enterprise data, software applications and GenAI - translating complex business problems into practical architectures that delivery teams can build and scale. This could include architecting an agentic workflow for clinical operations, a conversational analytics product grounded in enterprise data, or an AI-enabled decision platform for commercial teams. You will work directly with clients, define the architecture, test the most important technical decisions yourself and establish the foundations for successful delivery. This is an architecture-first role with meaningful hands-on engineering: you will stay close enough to implementation to prove the architecture works and support it through production delivery, without becoming the primary engineer for every component. You will also help shape the reusable patterns, technical standards and accelerators behind Lynx’s growing AI-native life sciences practice. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Solution Architecture Own the end-to-end solution architecture for client engagements, including data models, system design, integration patterns and technology choices. Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and implementation paths that delivery teams can build from. Design solutions spanning enterprise data, APIs, applications, cloud platforms and GenAI capabilities. Lead technical discovery with clients: understand requirements, assess existing systems and identify dependencies, constraints and delivery risks. Present architectural options and trade-offs clearly to technical teams, business stakeholders and senior leaders. Make pragmatic decisions across build speed, cost, scalability, security and maintainability. Review key implementation decisions and remain
We are expanding our agentic AI capability and are looking for an AI Engineer to join the team. You will work alongside senior engineers to build and maintain AI systems — contributing to agentic pipelines, retrieval infrastructure, and the integrations that tie these systems together. This is a hands-on implementation role with real ownership of components. You will grow your skills in a fast-moving AI practice, working on production systems that directly affect client outcomes. What This Involves: Build and maintain agentic pipelines and workflows under the guidance of senior engineers: tool use, orchestration, and multi-step reasoning. Implement and tune RAG pipelines — including embedding, chunking strategies, vector retrieval, and retrieval evaluation. Contribute to memory and context layer components: integrating vector databases, supporting knowledge graph pipelines, and helping maintain state management across agentic systems. Write clean, well-tested Python code and participate in code reviews. Debug and improve existing AI systems based on evaluation results and production feedback. Collaborate with data engineers and domain experts to integrate AI components with upstream data sources and downstream applications. Document implementations clearly and contribute to shared internal tooling. Requirements: 2–4 years of software or ML engineering experience, with at least 1 year working with LLMs or AI systems in a professional setting. Working knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) and at least one agentic or RAG framework (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent). Solid Python skills and comfort with software engineering basics: version control, testing, REST APIs. Familiarity with vector databases or embedding-based search. Curiosity about agentic AI — you follow developments in the space and are eager to apply new techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills — comfortable working across cross-functional and client-facing te

About Prodigal Prodigal is the connected AI platform leading financial institutions use to run their operations. We work with banks, lenders, credit unions, and other financial companies that lend money to people and manage those relationships over time. These institutions make millions of high-stakes decisions every day. Who should they reach? When should they reach them? What should they say or offer? When should a case move to a human? How should that change based on the borrower, the account, previous interactions, and the regulations involved? Getting those decisions right requires a deep understanding of the people, processes, rules, and edge cases behind them. Prodigal has spent the last eight years building that understanding. More than a billion interactions between financial institutions and their customers have shaped the intelligence, guardrails, and AI agents we now run in production across North America. Today, our AI agents analyze conversations, capture context, guide human agents, decide the next action, conduct customer conversations, orchestrate outreach, and help people complete payments and resolutions. They are connected, so what is learned in one interaction can inform what happens next. We are expanding this swarm of AI agents across more of the work financial institutions do: originations, document processing, back-office workflows, servicing, and other critical operations where money, identity, people, and regulation intersect. We are backed by Y Combinator, Accel, and Menlo Ventures, and work with 100+ financial institutions across North America. Listen directly from our CTO, Cofounder - Sangram Raje About the role - We are looking for a passionate and driven Data Engineer to join our team. You will be instrumental in building scalable data pipelines, generating powerful insights, and supporting our AI/ML initiatives. If you enjoy working across data engineering and analytics and want to help shape the future of Agentic AI, we'
