Unlike traditional, siloed compliance roles, this position sits within our uniquely structured Integrated Tax and Compliance team. We believe that high-quality tax filings are entirely dependent on robust, accurate statutory financials. By managing the statutory financial reporting and audit processes end-to-end, our integrated team ensures a seamless, high-integrity data flow directly into our international tax return filings. The Honest Reality & The Partnership: Currently, our global statutory financial preparation and audit process is fragmented, and we are actively working through bottlenecks that impact our filing timelines. To bridge the gap, our Director of Global Tax & Compliance has been personally managing this function day-to-day. Because of this, we aren’t starting from scratch. We have already diagnosed many of the root causes, mapped out where the process breaks down, and formulated clear hypotheses for future improvements.
