What You Will Be Doing The Assistant Treasurer is a senior leadership role with broad strategic and operational responsibility for the Company’s global treasury function, partnering closely with the Treasurer, CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors to support long‑term value creation and growth. This role helps shape capital structure and capital allocation strategy, optimize global liquidity, manage financial risk, and ensure a resilient, scalable treasury operating model across a global footprint. Combining deep capital markets expertise with disciplined risk management and strong people leadership, the Assistant Treasurer oversees financing strategies, banking and rating agency relationships, cash management, investments, insurance programs, and compliance while driving governance, standardization, and execution.
