We're rethinking how work gets done, who does what, and what a small team can accomplish. If you've already built AI into how you work, you'll hit the ground running. If you haven't, you'll need to be ready to learn fast and work differently than you have before. Who we are HopSkipDrive's go-to-market organization is the engine behind our growth. We're at an inflection point. We have strong brand recognition in our space, a maturing product, and an aggressive growth agenda. We are looking for a leader who can build a true revenue marketing function that operates in lockstep with Sales, is accountable to pipeline and revenue outcomes, and scales efficiently as we expand into new markets. This role is designed for marketers who thrive in dynamic environments, are passionate about building genuine customer relationships, and know how to turn great stories into compelling, data-driven programs. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. The Company Delight.ai is on a mission to build the AI workforce of tomorrow. For over a decade, we built the infrastructure behind conversations—chat, voice, video, messaging APIs—and became the #1 CPaaS platform for in-app communications. 4,000+ brands trust us. 7 billion messages flow through our platform every month. 300 million monthly active users. In December 2024, we made the full strategic pivot to AI-first customer experience. By February 2025, we’d launched our AI agent for enterprise CX—built on a decade of conversation data, now with intelligence on top. And in November 2025, we rebranded to Delight.ai. Why Digital Marketing Manager, APAC? APAC represents 33% of our qualified pipeline target for FY27. We’re building out demand generation across Korea and the broader region, and we need someone who can own it end-to-end: paid media, email, webinars, and the localization quality that makes everything land correctly in-market. We’re looking for a marketer who knows the Korean B2B landscape, moves with urgency, and uses AI tools to punch above their weight—not because it’s trendy, but because it’s how you keep pace with what this role demands. The Role You’ll own digital demand generation for Korea, working closely with the APAC Field Marketing Lead to execute paid media campaigns, email programs, and webinars—while also serving as the quality gate on localized marketing assets. This role is for marketers who think in pipelines, not just programs, and want their impact measured in revenue, not impressions. You might be this person if: You think in funnels — awareness, consideration, conversion — and you naturally ask “what does this do for pipeline?” before anyone else does You’ve run a paid media campaign that didn’t just hit delivery targets but actually moved qualified leads through the funnel You use AI tools in your daily workflow—for content drafting, campaign analysis, reporting—and you’ve figured out how to get more done without sacrificing quality

Who Are We? Thanx is a leading loyalty and guest engagement platform for regional and national restaurants. We help brands drive profitable growth by increasing guest frequency, growing digital sales, and reducing reliance on discounts. Most loyalty platforms work for guests who are already loyal. Thanx unifies loyalty, digital ordering, and marketing automation in one platform that turns first-time and casual guests into regulars, treating loyalty as a business outcome, not a program, and engaging across the entire guest base. Thanx has raised more than $30M from elite investors including M33 Growth, Ribbit Capital, and Sequoia Capital. Our success is rooted in a culture that has attracted some of the best talent in the country, and we are proud of strong employee tenure, a track record of internal promotions, and the company-wide shift to working AI-native over the last 18 months. We credit our cultural “core behaviors” with these accomplishments: Think Boldly, Execute Reliably, Focus on What Matters, Say “Thanx” Genuinely, Encourage Diverse Perspectives, and Lead, Virtually. Who Are You? You're a product marketer who owns outcomes, not output. You are naturally curious about customers and not-yet customers. You write well and fast, and you get real satisfaction out of turning a customer's results into something a salesperson, a CSM, or a prospect can immediately use. You've spent enough time in growth-stage B2B SaaS to know how companies like ours work: how sales cycles move, what CS teams need, why launches succeed or stall. You have run launches where you set the strategy, not just the deliverables, and you have built positioning that sales adopted because it worked, not because you told them to. You decide what matters and what doesn't. You hold a steady output of high-quality material, you figure things out when the path isn't obvious, and you notice a gap and fill it before anyone assigns it. You are equally comfortable briefing the exec team and sitting on
