By combining powerful analytics with AI that knows your business, Mixpanel helps teams see what’s working, diagnose what’s not, and decide what to build next. Learn more at mixpanel.com . About the UKI Sales Team The UKI Sales team is building Mixpanel's go-to-market motion in EMEA. We work with customers across a range of industries, moving from a general motion toward a vertical model where reps develop deep expertise in a single industry. This team sits alongside the broader EMEA and global enterprise organisation. About the Role This is a hybrid role based in London. As Regional Director for UKI you'll build the operating system for a repeatable, high-performing enterprise motion in one of Mixpanel's key growth markets, while also standing up a GTM structure across dedicated verticals, general verticals, and general business coverage. You'll lead a team of Account Executives, developing reps at different stages of their vertical expertise while directly influencing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. This role suits a commercially sharp, operationally rigorous leader who's comfortable building in an early-stage, still-maturing market and turning early traction into a scalable region. Responsibilities Design the GTM strategy for UK, including the shift toward a vertical coverage model, and build the sales processes and territory strategy that make it repeatable Own quota attainment and forecast accuracy across the team, with the pipeline health and win-rate discipline to back it up Partner directly with AEs on large, multi-threaded opportunities, orchestrating executive engagement and acting as the escalation point for strategic accounts Recruit and coach enterprise sellers at every career stage, and codify what's working into playbooks the team can reuse Align with Customer V
The role Square helps small businesses do business — operating more efficiently, selling confidently, and finding new opportunities. As our indirect sales channel scales across APAC, we need someone to own enablement for Australia outright. This is not a role that contributes to someone else's programme. You are the enablement function for the Australian & Japanese sales channel. Everything a seller in this market touches — how they're onboarded, certified, trained, coached, and measured — is yours to build, run and improve. You'll have global frameworks to draw on and a Learning Experience Designer to build with, but the decisions about what Australia needs, and the results that follow, sit with you. You'll also extend what you build into Japan, working through our reseller and partner network. Japan is a different channel model and a different sales culture, so this is about adapting and enabling through partners rather than running the market yourself. This is a hands-on role. You'll be in the field and on the phone with Independent Contractors and Channel Sales Managers, spotting performance gaps and coaching in the moment. You own the numbers, not just the calendar. We need a builder who thinks commercially — someone who creates structure from scratch, uses data to find where the biggest gains are, and gets on with it without needing much direction. Based in Australia (Sydney or Melbourne preferred), reporting into the Head of Sales Enablement, with dotted line to Head of Sales, APAC. Regular field travel within Australia and periodic travel to Japan. What you'll do Own enablement for Australia & Japan Own IC and Reseller onboarding & enablement strategy for the market: the programme, the content, the ramp path, and the activation numbers that come out of it Lead the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Partner Manager Training & Certification programme — every manager properly trained, certified, and kept current Own a structured training calendar
Who We Are Artefact is a leading global consulting company dedicated to accelerating the adoption of data and AI to positively impact people and organizations. We build systems that run in production, in our clients' own cloud, and keep running after we leave. 2,000+ people across 27 countries and 1,000 clients, including some of the largest consumer brands in the world. Not a strategy house that discovered AI eighteen months ago, and not a prototype shop that hands you something you will rebuild from scratch. Three ingredients make that possible, and very few firms have all three: the data, real and messy and at enterprise scale; an applied AI team that can put a model into a governed production environment; and the transformation muscle to make people actually use it. Agentic AI lands on marketing and commerce before it lands anywhere else. Agents browse, compare and buy; clicks stop meaning what they meant; the shelf turns into an API. Every CMO and CCO we talk to is asking the same two questions – am I still visible, and can I still prove what worked – and almost nobody can answer them. What you will be doing You will own the hardest question in marketing: what actually caused the sales. Marketing Mix Modelling, incrementality testing, geo-lift, attribution – for brands where a three percent reallocation of budget is worth more than most consulting engagements. And the question is getting stranger. Alongside the media work, you will sit close to three things we build: synthetic brand personas, designed end to end from character bible and voice through to the generative video and avatar pipeline that produces them, running in the client's own cloud with human authorship and copyright chain documented; AI creative studios that generate brand-consistent product imagery and video at retail scale; and trend intelligence engines that detect a movement, predict where it goes, and explain why it matters commercially – early enough to change what a busi
