EnCharge AI is building a new generation of AI compute systems designed to deliver dramatically higher energy efficiency for AI inference. Our technology combines innovative compute architectures with a full-stack software platform spanning silicon, firmware, drivers, compilers, runtimes, and AI model enablement. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager - Embedded Software to drive execution across our embedded software organization and ensure tight alignment between firmware, drivers, hardware, architecture, compiler, runtime, and system teams. About the Role As Embedded SW TPM, you will be the connective tissue between silicon, platforms and systems teams, driving the embedded and low-level software programs that enable EN100 (and future accelerators) to run real AI workloads reliably and efficiently. You'll own the program plan from architecture through bring-up, pre-/post- silicon validation, and customer/OEM deployment to surface risks before they become blockers and keeping a hardware-coupled software org moving in lockstep with silicon milestones. What You'll Do • Own end-to-end program management for embedded software workstreams: device drivers, firmware, boot-loaders and board support packages for EnCharge accelerators. • Build and maintain integrated program schedules that align embedded software milestones with chip tape-out, silicon bring-up, board bring-up, and customer/OEM delivery dates. • Partner closely with embedded software, ASIC/hardware, platform and validation teams to define scope, sequence dependencies, and track execution against plan. • Identify, track, and drive resolution of cross-team risks and blockers (e.g., silicon errata affecting driver behavior, toolchain dependencies, host OS/driver compatibility). • Drive silicon bring-up and platform enablement, including early firmware, boot flows, device initialization, memory management, command submission, interrupts, power management, and hardware/software integration. • Run the prog

In this role you will: Drive laser-focused requirements and technical direction within the broader optical interconnect roadmap. Lead evaluation and validation of optical components and subsystems, including laser-based elements, in lab and production-representative environments. Support end-to-end optical testing for IM/DD interconnects (e.g., module/system bring-up, characterization, debug, and readiness for scale). Work with external partners to align on development milestones, performance targets, and quality expectations. Own technical issue triage and resolution across performance, reliability, and manufacturability topics. Collaborate across internal teams to support integration, rollout, and operational success at scale. You might thrive in this role if you have: Strong experience in laser-focused optical engineering (development, validation, manufacturing readiness, or field support). Broad hands-on background with IM/DD optical technologies and optical test/debug workflows. Experience working with external suppliers/manufacturing partners and production-oriented execution. Demonstrated ability to debug complex t

About the Team Frontier Systems Foundations, part of Compute Foundations at OpenAI, builds the systems software foundation that turns new compute infrastructure into reliable, usable capacity for frontier model training. Our mission is to make some of the world's largest GPU clusters work reliably for frontier training. We bring new platforms and clusters online, safely maintain installed fleets, and partner with hardware, infrastructure, and research teams to resolve the system-level issues that keep jobs from running. That means building and maintaining the software closest to the machine: Linux and Ubuntu operating-system images, kernels and modules, drivers, packages and repositories, disks and boot configuration, firmware integration, provisioning, and system-level validation. We make these components reproducible, compatible, and safe to operate across heterogeneous fleets. About the Role We are looking for systems software engineers with deep Linux and host-systems experience to build, qualify, and maintain the operating-system foundation for OpenAI's frontier compute fleet. Relevant backgrounds include kernel and module development, Linux distribution or image engineering, package management, firmware and driver integration, disks and boot, and bare-metal provisioning. You'll work closely with hardware engineers, vendors, and infrastructure teams to bring up new platforms, integrate system components, and debug failures across firmware, disks, boot, operating systems, kernels, drivers, and workload interactions. Your work will directly influence how quickly new capacity becomes usable and how reliably large GPU fleets operate. You should be comfortable writing and maintaining production-quality systems software and automation, but we do not expect expertise across every layer. This is an opportunity to go deep on challenging systems problems while building the image, package, qualification, and recovery paths that power the next generation of frontier models
About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role As a Capacity Deployment Lead within Anthropic's Data Center Operations (DCO) organization, you will support and scale how we bring new compute capacity online across a growing fleet of partner-operated data centers. Deployment runs from construction kickoff to ready for service (RFS). You are engaged during planning and construction, and on-site and hands-on from EFA through infrastructure delivery and receiving, integration QA, power-on and network turn-up, burn-in and validation, and acceptance. You work with hardware vendors and operations partners for completion of each CU (capacity unit) with a structured handover into production operations and the maintenance program. The scope is compute: accelerator systems, racks, and the infrastructure around them - at the sites in service today and the ones coming online behind them. This is a program and execution role. You will work with the Global Capacity Delivery Program Lead and the broader Data Center Operations organization, to extend its coverage across more sites and platforms as the fleet grows. Expect 50%+ travel: you get eyes on via boots-on-the-ground for each site in preparation for and during delivery, deployment, QA, and close-out, and your authority comes from being there. Working with vendors and partners, you set direction, priorities, and standards for execution, and you prove results with Anthropic-owned data rather than self-reported status. What you learn at one site - what worked, what slipped, what should become standard - becomes the playbook for the next wave. If you have delivered data center hardware at scale, are passionate about HPC data cente
