About the Team The Integrity team builds the systems that protect OpenAI’s products, users, and ecosystem from abuse. We work across product engineering, infrastructure, safety, and operations to detect and prevent harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, and adversarial activity at global scale. As OpenAI builds new ads experiences, we are establishing the integrity foundation that will keep the ads ecosystem safe and trustworthy from the start. This includes protecting advertiser onboarding, detecting unsafe or policy-violating ad content, preventing fraudulent and abusive advertiser behavior, and defending the ads ecosystem against spam, manipulation, and other forms of abuse. Ads Integrity is a new and highly cross-functional area. The team partners closely with Ads, Product, Safety, Policy, ML, Privacy, Security, and operations teams to build protections directly into the ads platform rather than layering them on after the fact. This is an opportunity to define how integrity works for a new ads ecosystem from first principles. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineer to build the backend systems and infrastructure that keep OpenAI’s ads products safe, trustworthy, and resilient to abuse. In this foundational role, you will design systems that detect, prevent, and respond to harmful, deceptive, fraudulent, or policy-violating activity across the ads lifecycle. The problems span advertiser onboarding and verification, account and behavioral risk, content safety, spam and fraudulent interactions, detection and enforcement infrastructure, and the systems that connect integrity signals and models to real-time product decisions. This is not an ML-specialist role, but familiarity with ML for Ads integrity is always welcome. You’ll work closely with ML engineers and researchers and build systems that consume and operationalize ML-based signals, but your primary focus will be designing and operating robust backend and distributed systems. You’ll help det

About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the Role Anthropic manages one of the largest and fastest-growing infrastructure fleets in the industry — spanning multiple accelerator families, CPU families, and clouds. The Capacity Engineering team is responsible for making sure all of our infrastructure resources are accounted for, well-utilized, and efficiently allocated. We own the data, tooling, and operational systems that let Anthropic plan, measure, and maximize utilization across first-party and third-party compute — one of the company's largest areas of spend. As the Senior Engineering Manager for Capacity Engineering, you will lead the team that builds and operates these production systems. You'll set technical direction, grow and develop a team of senior and staff-level engineers, and be accountable for the reliability and correctness of surfaces that leadership, research engineering, inference, infrastructure, and finance all depend on. This is a hands-on leadership role and will be onsite 5 days a week: we expect you to stay close enough to the systems to review designs, make sound architectural calls, and step into an incident when the team needs you — while spending most of your time on people, priorities, and cross-organizational alignment. The team's work spans three overlapping areas, and you'll be responsible for balancing investment across them as business priorities shift: Data platform — Pipelines that ingest occupancy and utilization telemetry from Kubernetes clusters, normalize billing and usage across cloud providers, and serve the BigQuery tables the rest of the org queries against. Consumers range from research engineers to finance to leadership, s

Securing that means working on problems the industry hasn't settled yet, what authorization means when an agent acts on a user's behalf, how to contain tools that consume untrusted input, and whether tenant boundaries hold when a model can be steered by the data it reads. The established playbooks only take you so far. We're hiring a Senior Product Security Engineer to work these problems alongside the engineers building the products, reviewing architecture and code, threat modeling before implementation, testing what ships, and turning what you learn into defaults other teams inherit. This is a hands-on engineering role, not an advisory one. What you’ll do Lead security reviews. Review architecture, code, and security-sensitive changes. Identify both individual vulnerabilities and the recurring design patterns behind them. Secure AI-powered products. Evaluate risks such as prompt injection, unsafe tool use, identity and delegation failures, excessive agency, data exposure, tenant isolation, and san

NVIDIA Inception is our free global programme for start-ups building with AI, data science and accelerated computing — now more than 40,000 companies worldwide, with over 2,000 of them based in India alone. South Asia is one of the fastest-moving corners of that network: a market whose density sits in applied and vertical AI — medical imaging, drug discovery, edge vision, agentic and sovereign AI, robotics, agri-tech, AI governance — rather than in frontier model labs. We are looking for an Inception Regional Lead to own that motion end to end. This is a builder’s role with a commercial edge. You will set the regional strategy, lead a team of Inception Partner and Community managers across India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and neighbouring markets, and be personally accountable for how much NVIDIA hardware, software and cloud the region’s start-ups design in and consume. You will spend real time on the ground in founders’ offices, because that is where stalled accounts turn into concrete asks. And you will act as the connective tissue between start-ups and the rest of NVIDIA — worldwide field operations, solution architects, developer marketing, the reseller and cloud partner ecosystem, and NVentures. What you’ll be doing: Own the South Asia Inception strategy and number. Set regional priorities, coverage model and account tiering across strategic, member, community and prospect accounts; forecast and report on pipeline, design wins and consumption to programme and field leadership. Lead and grow the team. Manage, coach and develop a team of Inception Partner and community programme managers. Set territory and vertical coverage, run the operating cadence, and raise the bar on technical fluency and commercial rigour across the team. Drive commercial outcomes with start-ups. At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. You will own the data Vanta's EPD organization actually runs on — bringing new signal sources online, standardizing them at the point of ingestion, and building the systems that make the underlying data trustworthy rather than merely stored. The EPD Systems team is building the infrastructure Vanta's engineering, product, and design organization depends on to understand itself. Not by asking teams to be more diligent but by going to the source, processing it, standardizing it, and pushing value back out so each source of truth earns its own adoption. What you’ll do as a Operations Manager, Signal Systems at Vanta: Bring new signal sources online end to end — from discovery and scoping through ingestion, standardization, and live operation Identify the specific failure modes in each information source and build systems that mitigate them at the point of ingestion Go to the teams that produce and consume a signal, understand what the information actually means and what they need back from it, and build accordingly Replace human-diligence dependencies with engineering solutions: derive fields, pull from source systems, validate at write time Build alongside teammates who are growing into building — raise their technical ceiling, not just your own output Partner with the inference and systems layers to ensure what you produce is queryable, trustworthy, and ready to build on How to be successful in this role: You look at a data source and see its failure modes before its contents: where it lies, where it goes stale, where it's duplicated, where the schema won't hold at 10x Your first move on an adherence problem is an engineering an
