The Agent Research and Tooling team, part of MongoDB's AI Builder Experience organization, owns the platform layer around agents: how teams author, distribute, evaluate, monitor, and improve agent skills and agent behavior. We are hiring a software engineer to build and maintain the tooling, evaluation systems, and quality gates behind MongoDB's agent skills. This is a software engineering role at the intersection of developer tooling, applied AI, and software quality. You will take loosely defined agent and tooling problems, break them into workable plans, and ship durable internal systems: command-line tools, reusable libraries, evaluation harnesses, and CI workflows. This role is open to remote work in the US or can be based out of any of our US offices. What you'll do Build and maintain agent skills and the infrastructure to validate, evaluate, publish, and maintain them Design evaluation datasets and workflows that compare agent behavior against a baseline and produce actionable quality signals Build agent metrics and observability: skill selection and routing, success and failure outcomes, tool calls, latency, and token usage Design safety and quality gates for agent-authored content: rule packs, static analysis, confidence thresholds, structured verdicts, and bounded suppression Create CLIs, libraries, and MCP integrations that other repositories adopt and that run in local development and CI Integrate tooling into GitHub Actions and other CI workflows, including secrets, annotations, exit codes, and artifacts Build code-generation quality checks, such as anti-pattern catalogs and linting for AI-generated MongoDB code Investigate real failures such as nondeterministic results, false positives, and unsafe generated guidance, and turn them into reusable improvements Collaborate with engineers, security partners, and product teams; communicate trade-offs, risks, and ownership across teams Examples of the problems you'll solve How can tests verify an agent tool's

And we're proving it's possible – through powerful, trustworthy AI that unites IT and business teams together to unlock enterprise-wide transformation. At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. At Snowflake, we are building the future of the data-driven enterprise. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (Inbound) who operates with a seller mindset, responds with speed and precision to inbound demand, and is driven by revenue impact — not just activity metrics. This is not a traditional SDR role focused on meeting bookings. You will be Snowflake's first point of contact for enterprise buyers who have already raised their hand — through demo requests, trial signups, content downloads, event registrations, and partner referrals. Your job is to qualify that interest fast, engage with insight, and convert it into high-quality pipeline alongside Account Executives. The person we are looking for shares our passion about reinventing the data platform and thrives in a high-volume, high-variety environment. That means bringing structure and judgement to every inbound interaction, maintaining deep knowledge of Snowflake's platform and competitive landscape, and partnering tightly with both Marketing and Sales to close the loop between demand and revenue. AS A SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (INBOUND) AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL: Respond to and qualify inbound leads with speed — time-to-first-contact and lead conversion are your primary performance signals Triage a
Every sales play, program change, funding update, and PRM release we build across MongoDB's partner ecosystem only creates value if the people who need to use it actually know how. We're looking for a Head of Partner Enablement to own that translation layer — end to end. This is a dual mandate: enabling our external partners (SIs, ISVs, and cloud partners) to sell, deliver, and support MongoDB effectively, and enabling our own internal partner organization (Sales Plays & Offerings, Partner Programs, Cloud & Hyperscaler Programs, and everyone else in the ecosystem function) to stay current on products, programs, and the frequent changes that come out of a fast-moving partner strategy. You'll report to the VP of Partner Strategic Operations and build the enablement function into the connective tissue for the entire partner organization — the team every other partner-facing role in this org relies on to actually land their work with the people who need it, inside MongoDB and out. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin or London for our hybrid working model. What You'll Do Own the enablement strategy — both audiences Define and own a single enablement strategy that explicitly covers two audiences: external partners (SIs, OEMs, Resellers, ISVs, cloud/hyperscaler partners) and MongoDB's own internal partner organization Build the operating model, governance, and content standards that keep both tracks coherent, current, and tied to the same underlying source of truth — rather than running as two disconnected efforts Prioritize enablement investment based on business impact: which sales plays, program changes, or PRM releases most urgently need enablement behind them Enable external partners Own partner onboarding, certification pathways (including MongoDB's SI Associate and SI Architect tracks), and ongoing training content that keeps partners current on MongoDB products, sales plays, and programs Partner with the Sales Plays & Offerings
