The AI organization at Asana builds the platform and products that bring AI into how the world's teams work. That includes AI Teammates that take on work alongside people, the orchestration layer that lets agents plan and act across the Work Graph, and the AI platform that every AI feature at Asana runs on. The platform covers model access, retrieval, context, evaluation, and production quality. We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to set technical direction across this organization. You will lead the hardest cross-team problems in AI at Asana, make architectural calls that hold up as models and the industry shift underneath us, and help senior leadership shape where AI takes the product next. The scope spans multiple engineering teams across San Francisco, New York, Vancouver, and Warsaw. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements. What you’ll achieve Define the technical vision and architecture for Asana's AI Org that includes AI platform, Agent systems and Studio in partnership with engineering and product leadership Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, Security, and Legal to take ambitious AI products from prototype to reliable, trusted enterprise features Lead strategic initiatives that span multiple teams, such as agent runtime and orchestration, context and memory for agents grounded in the Work Graph, and reliable, cost-efficient LLM inference at enterprise scale Set the bar for how Asana measures AI quality, including offline and online evaluation, production monitoring, and the feedback loops that turn real usage into better agents Make and guide high-stakes technical d

SingleStore is looking for an accomplished sales professional to join our Sales Team. AI is moving from experimentation into production, and this role is an opportunity to break into AI while doing meaningful enterprise selling. As an Account Executive, AI Hunter, your job is simple: create new SingleStore customers. You will find companies building AI applications where data access, real-time context, memory, retrieval, or operational scale is becoming a constraint—and turn those challenges into new SingleStore customers. You will own a broad territory, build a majority self-sourced pipeline, create demand in an emerging category, and close greenfield enterprise opportunities. This is a true hunting role. You will engage customers before they have a defined project, develop customer-specific points of view, create urgency around business and technical problems, work with technical experts to land first production workloads, and build a measurable new-logo business with broad ownership. The ideal candidate is a measurable enterprise hunter who is competitive, curious, technically credible, resilient, and able to sell business outcomes. Direct AI sales experience is valuable, but proven selling ability and technical curiosity matter more than a narrow “AI seller” title. Role and Responsibilities Build and execute a territory strategy for net-new customer acquisition. Prospect fearlessly across a broad account universe using proactive, persistent outbound, account-based, partner, and market-education motions; stay resilient and effective through rejection and ambiguity. Form account hypotheses, map the buying center, and earn first meetings with relevant points of view tailored to the customer. Engage executive, business, technical, security, and procurement stakeholders. Lead great business-first discovery, connect AI and data challenges to fundable goals, and build quantified ROI, TCO, or operational-impact cases. Build and develop champions, multi-thread the buying

At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive. The Lyft Rider Science team is seeking an Applied Scientist intern to develop next-generation user simulation methods using state of the art AI methods. The goal of this project is to develop and validate LLM-based Rider Agents that can serve as behavioral proxies for real riders, and study when agent simulations can provide reliable signal about rider responses to product interventions before online experimentation. You will build agent-based simulation systems grounded in real rider context and behavioral data, evaluate their fidelity against observed rider behavior and historical experiments, and study where these simulations can accelerate product iteration and experimentation. This role combines LLM engineering, agent-based modeling, machine learning, and causal inference with direct applications to real-world rider products. The expected outcome is to build a working Rider Agent simulation prototype, establish an evaluation framework for measuring simulation fidelity and validate the framework using historical rider experiments. Responsibilities: Develop LLM-based Rider Agents that represent heterogeneous rider contexts, preferences, histories, and behaviors Build agent-based simulation environments for evaluating rider interactions with different product experiences and interventions Build evaluation pipelines to assess realism, robustness, and mechanism plausibility of simulated behavior against human data or established theory Analyze emergent behaviors and interaction dynamics in simulated populations under different user segment and marketplace conditions Conduct experiments and ablation studies on agent behavior, interaction dynamics, and simulation validity Apply the simulation framework to real Rider product problems and assess its usefulness for hypothesis generation, product iteration
