About the role The world is moving fast — and AI is moving faster. As a Product Marketing Manager focused on AI at Sigma, you'll be at the tip of the spear, helping define how we tell the story of one of the most exciting areas of the product. This role is as much about clarity as it is about creativity: you'll take complex, fast-evolving AI capabilities and distill them into the market messages, sales narratives, and customer stories that make people say "I get it — and I want it." We're looking for someone with genuine intellectual curiosity about AI, a bias for action, and exceptional instincts for what makes a message land. If you can absorb a lot of information quickly, find the signal in the noise, and write messaging that moves people — this role is for you. What you'll do Develop and refine positioning and messaging for Sigma's AI features, working closely with the Director of Product Marketing, AI and the Product team. Create sales enablement content — one-pagers, battlecards, demo guides, and objection handlers — that help the field confidently sell Sigma's AI capabilities. Support product launches for AI features: coordinate across product, design, marketing, and sales to bring new capabilities to market clearly and effectively. Research competitors' AI positioning and identify opportunities to sharpen Sigma's differentiation. Write and contribute to thought leadership content, blog posts, and customer-facing collateral that educate the market on Sigma's AI vision. Gather and synthesize customer and prospect insights — from win/loss data, customer interviews, and sales calls — to continuously improve messaging. Partner with demand generation and content teams to ensure AI messaging is consistently represented across campaigns, website, and events. What we're looking for 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B enterprise software and/or cloud data platforms. The ability to learn quickly and deeply — you can get up to speed on a new te

Celigo

Integration meets Innovation At Celigo, we believe integration should empower — not exhaust — innovation. As a modern Integration and Automation Platform (iPaaS), we’re on a mission to simplify how companies integrate, automate, and optimize processes. Powered by game-changing technology like runtime AI and prebuilt, mission-critical integrations, Celigo is redefining how businesses connect their world. Celigo is looking for a Design Engineer to close the gap between design intent and production reality, and to build the systems that make that gap permanently smaller. This is the first Design Engineer seat at Celigo, which means real ownership from day one and the chance to shape what this function becomes as it grows. The role sits within the UX organization and operates as a peer across Product Design, Design Systems, Content Design, and User Research and Insights, with strong collaboration across Engineering and Product Management. This is not a pure front-end engineering role, and it is not a pure UX Product Designer role. It is a craft role that requires depth on both sides of the design and engineering boundary: the eye of a strong UX Designer for visual hierarchy, interaction quality, and usability, and the hands of an engineer who writes production-grade TypeScript and React and goes deep on the UI layer rather than wide across the stack. Above all, this is an enablement role. Your success is measured partly by how much faster and better the whole UX team works, not by your personal output alone. You own results, not a step in the process. What would you do if hired? Maintain and evolve our production-ready React component library, the code expression of the Celigo design system, so that what gets designed and what users actually experience stop drifting apart. Prototype complex interactions and animation behaviors in code so the team can decide faster. You ship the smallest working version that settles the question, gather real feedback, then make it better

ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products. THE ROLE Baseten's engineers want to work in an AI-first way. What's missing isn't enthusiasm — it's the platform underneath it. Today everyone assembles their own agent config, context files, and MCP servers, so the good patterns stay trapped in individual setups instead of becoming defaults everyone inherits. You'll build that platform: the agent configurations tuned to our monorepo, the context and tooling layer that makes agents competent in our codebase, the evals that tell us which approaches actually work, and the rollout mechanics that get a new engineer productive with agents in week one. You are not here to mandate how engineers use AI — you're here to make the good path the easy path. Success looks like teams adopting what you build because it beats what they'd cobble together themselves, not because a policy requires it. Platform engineer, not AI evangelist. Ship infrastructure, measure it, kill what doesn't work, let adoption be the referee. The playbook for AI-first SDLC doesn't exist at any company yet. You'll write ours. EXAMPLE INITIATIVES Agent substrate — Repo-level context infrastructure that makes agents competent in our codebase ( CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md conventions, architecture and domain context, and the tooling to keep it accurate as code moves). Internal MCP servers giving agents scoped access to CI, observability, incident tooling, deployment state, and docs. Shared skills, subagents, and hooks th
