About Us OpenFX is on a mission to move money as freely as data, unrestricted by time zones, banking hours, or legacy systems. We are building the infrastructure that will power the next generation of cross-border payment systems for institutions. The team's execution has been exceptional, and we're scaling at a remarkable pace. Our stellar early team comes with experience in companies like J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, FalconX, PayPal, Affirm, Polygon, Kraken, Nium & others. We're backed by Accel, Lightspeed, NfX and other top-tier investors. Role Overview OpenFX processes billions of dollars in transaction volume every month across global corridors. Application Platform owns the layer every other team builds on: the API gateway, authentication and session security, the admin surface, API standards and governance, identifiers, and the observability that makes production legible. This is where the company's constraints collide. Security requires strong customer authentication, mTLS, and session controls. Product teams need to ship weekly. Auditors and cyber insurers need access controls and evidence. Engineering needs deployment hygiene that does not silently drift. Today these get resolved case by case, in meetings, at the cost of speed. If we do not solve this well, every product team pays a tax in ambiguity, and one bad gateway or auth change becomes an outage on the money path. Key Responsibilities Run the Application Platform pod of roughly 8 to 15 engineers and QA, with a Tech Lead reporting to you. You own the roadmap, the standards, and the on-call posture. Own the API gateway and edge: routing, plugins, rate limiting, mTLS and HMAC, and rollout strategy for changes sitting in front of production traffic with a rollback path that has actually been exercised. Own authentication and session security: strong customer authentication, re-authentication, new-device gating, session revocation, API key and credential management. Own API standards and governance: t

About the Team OpenAI’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance team helps ensure security and privacy are grounded in how our products and systems actually operate. Assurance Operations partners with Security, Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, Privacy, and Legal to make controls provable, risk decisions explicit, and audit readiness a result of well-designed systems. About the Role We are hiring a technical, product-minded GRC builder who can own consequential audits while improving the control and evidence systems behind them. You will build a reusable common control framework, use Codex to automate assurance work, validate changing system scope, and turn repeated audit friction into measurable improvements. We are looking for someone who questions inherited assumptions, solves novel problems creatively, works closely with engineers, and makes the next audit easier by improving the underlying system. You’ll be responsible for: Lead external, internal, customer, and certification audit work from scoping through evidence review, fieldwork, remediation, and closeout. Build a common control framework linking risk, control intent, implementation, owner, system, environment, evidence, and applicable frameworks. Validate actual scope and ownership instead of assuming last year's controls, product boundaries, or evidence remain accurate. Use Codex to build and test evidence checks, control mappings, request triage, owner workflows, monitoring, and remediation reporting. Partner with engineers on cloud architecture, identity, logging, data flows, software changes, vulnerabilities, and control effectiveness. Design maintainable, permission-aware tools that preserve source provenance, human review, and evidence integrity. Reduce repeated requests and operational burden for control owners through measurable workflow improvements. Define roadmaps, decision rights, milestones, success metrics, and clear cross-functional escalations. We’re looking for someone with: Direct ownership

Our GTM Enablement team plays a critical role in helping Datadog’s Sales and Customer Success teams succeed by equipping them with the right skills, knowledge, and tools at the right time. We partner closely with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Strategy & Operations and more to ensure enablement programs translate into real performance in the field. The Program Management team within Sales Enablement is a group of interdisciplinary thinkers leveraging diverse business backgrounds in engineering, education, management consulting, business operations (and more!) to define, manage and measure Datadog’s global go to market motion. We solve complex, systemic challenges that impact go-to-market effectiveness by diagnosing root causes, whether behavioral, skills-based, or structural, and shaping the strategic solutions that resolve them. We partner closely with our Sales Enablement stakeholders across Curriculum, Field Enablement, Operations, and more to deliver on measurable results and operate as one unified enablement team. As a Senior Program Manager on the Sales Enablement Program Management team, you will design, plan, and execute complex, global, cross-functional programs that change how our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams operate at a systems level. You will own the end-to-end enablement process for the programs and stakeholder relationships you’re responsible for: diagnosing the gap, gathering field evidence, building a multi-faceted strategy (not just a content solution), partnering across teams to deliver the experience, and reporting business impact to Sales and Customer Success leadership. This is a high-ownership role for someone who moves quickly, thinks strategically and creatively, and is equally comfortable analyzing hard data and reading what’s happening on the ground. You’ll drive adoption at scale with limited guidance, influence senior stakeholders without positional authority, and help shape how the Program Management function o

Role Overview OpenFX processes billions of dollars in transaction volume every month across global corridors. Payments owns the money path itself: the corridors we move money through, the regulated obligations that come with holding licenses in the EU, and the product surface — API and GUI — through which institutions initiate, track, and reconcile payments. This is where growth and regulation collide. The business needs new corridors — EUR, MXN, COP, AED, and more — opened fast, each with its own rails, partners, cut-offs, FX mechanics, and settlement quirks. Our EU licenses come with obligations that must be engineered, not just documented: safeguarding of customer funds, transaction monitoring, and evidence that both work continuously. And customers expect a payments product that keeps getting better — more visibility, more control, fewer surprises — across both the API and the dashboard. Key Responsibilities This is a new pod. You will stand it up, define its charter, and own three things end to end: 1. Corridor expansion Own the playbook for launching new payment corridors — EUR, MXN, COP, AED and beyond — from partner integration through pilot to general availability. Turn corridor launches from bespoke projects into a repeatable capability: standardized partner integration patterns, corridor configuration over code where possible, and a clear definition of "launch-ready" covering rails, cut-offs, FX, fees, returns, an

As a Staff Product Manager on Datadog's Self-Improving Products team, you will take a new product family from zero to one: a closed loop that watches how a customer's software and its users behave, ranks what is worth changing, proposes the change, proves whether it worked, and carries the result into the next cycle. Datadog already holds every piece this product needs, including behavioral data from Product Analytics and Session Replay, full-stack telemetry from APM, Log Management, Error Tracking, and Continuous Profiler, rollout control through Feature Flags and Experimentation, and a coding agent in Bits AI Dev Agent that opens verified pull requests from production signal. You will own assembling these into one product where the loop closes on its own. This is founding work with no precedent inside Datadog, and an opportunity to grow as a product leader by shaping the scope, recruiting the first design partners, and setting the quality bar for an AI-native product from the ground up. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships that it builds, the creativity it brings to the table, and the collaboration of being together. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do: Set product direction for a new product family by defining the problems and desired outcomes, and partnering with engineering to find the narrowest first slice that proves the loop closes and delivers value to customers in phases. Own the product decisions at every stage of the loop: what signal is trustworthy enough to trigger an automated change, which opportunities rank highest and with what confidence, what a proposed change must contain before a customer merges it, what evidence proves it worked, and what the system remembers for the next cycle. Define the autonomy ladder and its limits, from suggestion, to draft, to auto-opened pull request, to auto-rollout, along with the cont
