About the Role This role will serve as a key execution partner to the GenAI Customer Compliance Manager, with a strong focus on supporting GenAI delivery workflows through embedded compliance operations and Legal coordination. The GenAI Compliance Operations & Programs Associate will sit at the intersection of Delivery, Ops, and Legal, ensuring that compliance considerations are integrated early in the project lifecycle, risks are clearly identified and prioritized, and Legal is engaged with the right context at the right time. By owning execution, coordination, and delivery integration, this role frees the Customer Compliance Manager to focus on strategy, governance, and risk frameworks. The role requires strong operational ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to drive alignment across fast-moving, cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Compliance Review Operations & Legal Coordination Manage end-to-end compliance review workflows for GenAI projects — from early-stage intake through review, approval, launch, and verification — in close partnership with Engagement Management and Delivery. Evaluate incoming work for compliance risk signals (e.g., data sensitivity, copyright exposure, privacy concerns); triage and prioritize requests for Legal based on risk, scope, and delivery timelines. Partner with Engagement Management to translate and execute risk mitigation at both the project and customer level, gather operational input to develop and prioritize systematic compliance controls, and train/educate Ops stakeholders on common or emerging compliance risks. Ensure Legal receives clear, structured, and actionable context; coordinate reviewers across Legal and internal teams to support SLA adherence. Identify workflow friction points and contribute to improving processes, templates, and prioritization frameworks. Maintain dashboards to track throughput, bottlenecks, SLAs, and risk trends. The Role We are looking for a Senior Partner Deployed Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team, focused on building Coder’s partner ecosystem across EMEA. This is a new function at Coder, modeled on the Forward Deployed Engineer role pioneered by companies like Palantir and now the fastest-growing technical role at frontier AI companies. The difference: instead of embedding with a single customer to deploy a platform, you embed with strategic partners to help them understand, position, and deliver Coder’s platform across their entire customer base. You are part Field CTO, part Industry Strategist, part Technical Specialist, and part Partner Relations Lead. You will be the technical authority within our EMEA partner ecosystem: setting the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI, cloud, and modernization offerings, co-creating the GTM sales plays that partner sellers take to market, building the demonstrations and workshops that generate pipeline, and producing the Partner Relations content that establishes Coder’s technical brand in the ecosystem. This is not a support role. You are equally comfortable holding a strategic roadmap conversation with a partner CTO and debugging a Kubernetes deployment in a partner’s lab in the same afternoon. You are energized by the challenge of building a new category through partnerships, motivated by the multiplied impact of enabling an entire ecosystem rather than a single customer, and capable of operating with full autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment. What You’ll Do Serve as the strategic technical thought partner to EMEA partner leadership, including practice leads, CTOs, and solutions architects at global systems integrators, regional cloud consultancies, and hyperscaler field teams. Own the technical relationship and set the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI and modernization portfolio. Co-create sales plays tailored to each partner’s customer base, vertical focus, and services capabilitie

We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team. You will be the technical authority embedded with our most complex customers, guiding them through deployment, architecture, onboarding, and the adoption of agentic development workflows. You bring deep hands-on experience from prior roles and use that depth to advise, design repeatable patterns, and drive customer outcomes end to end. You operate autonomously, own the technical success of your customers, and bring their experience back to shape how Coder builds and delivers. This is not an execution-only role. You are equally comfortable doing deep technical work with a customer and stepping back to design the repeatable pattern behind it. You are energized by ambiguity, motivated by customer outcomes, and capable of influencing organizational change alongside the technical work. This position is required to sit in the Eastern Time Zone. What You'll Do Serve as the primary technical authority for post-sales customers, guiding deployment architecture, environment design, and adoption of Coder across both human and AI development workflows Own onboarding engagements end to end, ensuring customers move from contract to productive adoption with speed and confidence Lead Get Well engagements where architecture decisions, rollout patterns, or organizational dynamics are limiting customer health or growth Help customers implement the technical and organizational changes required to adopt agentic development practices at scale Design and document repeatable delivery patterns across onboarding, architecture, and adoption that can scale across customer segments Design and recommend reference architectures tailored to each customer's cloud environment, security posture, and organizational constraints Translate customer environment complexity into clear guidance on networking, ingress, identity, and infrastructure patterns Anticipate technical and operational risks, escalate to the right
