About the Team The Campaign Operations team’s mission is to deliver high-quality, relevant communications that meet the needs of our customers around the world. We build, test, and launch the retention marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners, and we’re focused on getting every campaign to the right audience on time and with strong craft.
