At bunq , users trust us with their money across 30+ countries, and that trust is only worth something if the legal framework behind it is airtight, proactive, and scales as fast as we do. We're heading towards our North Star and entering new markets, that doesn't happen without someone owning the legal infrastructure behind it: the strategy, the team, the AI-first operating model, and the accountability that makes all of it run without the Head of Legal in the loop every day. Take Ownership. As our Head of Trust & Transparency, you will: Be the layer between legal strategy and the team that executes it , translating quarterly priorities into clear ownership, running the accountability cycle, and making sure only real decisions reach the Head of Legal. Take bunq's AI tooling for contract review, T&C management, and regulatory monitoring to the next level , building an operating model that handles 5x the volume without 5x the headcount. Give the business a clear, honest picture of T&T health across the pillar, so risks get caught early, quality stays high, and the function scales as fast as bunq does. You are a qualified lawyer with a Master's degree in Law and a strong background in financial services. You've independently run a compliance or legal function across multiple jurisdictions, not just supported one. You've had direct dialogue with regulators and know how to represent a legal position without a script. You've managed a small specialist legal team, set their KPIs, and held them to it. You can challenge senior leadership with data and translate complex regulatory risk into something a decision-maker can act on in two minutes. You design AI systems, not just use them, you've eliminated manual legal work at scale and built workflows others now rely on. You know the difference between work that's on time and work that's good, and you've built the frameworks that make that distinction measurable. You make judgment calls on what gets automated, what stays human,

If you enjoy working on novel use cases across a variety of industries on highly visible engagements, this is the right home for you! The role As a Fungible Solutions Architect, you lead the technical strategy on time-boxed, targeted engagements - typically one to five months - aimed at accelerating a specific set of critical customer workloads from evaluation to a production-grade technical win. You own the architecture conversation, drive platform adoption, and act as a trusted advisor to customer architects and engineering leaders, then transition the momentum you've built to the core account team. You bring technical depth and the judgment to apply it fast, in situations that require strong ownership and are highly visible . Where a specialisation helps you contribute quickly, great — but on this team, breadth, adaptability, and a bias for impact matter just as much as your area of depth. The impact you will have Accelerate what matters most: parachute into strategic, high-profile opportunities and own a clearly defined technical area, moving critical workloads and use cases from evaluation toward production and consumption. Win the technical decision : demonstrate Databricks' differentiation through custom-built solutions in competitive, must-win scenarios. Move fast while maintaining the bar: establish momentum quickly in ambiguous situations and compress timelines without cutting corners. Hand off, don't hold on :

About BlockTech BlockTech is a fast-paced algorithmic trading firm. Specializing in crypto options, we facilitate global cryptocurrency derivatives and spot trading, while expanding into new markets. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take technical ownership of the data infrastructure our trading and technology teams are built on. Every decision at BlockTech starts with data: exchange feeds, our own trade and account events, and the history we query to make sense of both. The Foundation team owns the systems that move, aggregate, and store all of it. We run our own Kafka, NATS, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Iceberg, self-hosted and tuned by us. We work primarily in Rust, with Python and SQL alongside. This is a role for an engineer who has already built and operated data infrastructure at scale, and who wants their technical decisions to set direction rather than follow it. What will you do? You will own the pipelines and stores every other team depends on. When a researcher backtests a strategy, when a trader checks a position, when risk queries yesterday, they are all reading data your systems ingested, routed, and kept correct. As a senior engineer, you will also set the technical standards the rest of the team builds against. You will: Own the ingest path. Collect public and private exchange information and internal trading data with minimal latency impact, and land it in our trading systems in real time. Architect the streaming layer. Design and operate our Kafka and NATS messaging systems for the throughput and delivery guarantees our critical flows depend on. Build the storage layer. Develop real-time aggregation and long-term storage across PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Iceberg, and make the structural calls that keep queries fast as volumes grow. Run what you build. Own capacity, retention, schema evolution, and failure behavior for infrastructure we host ourselves, with no managed service to hide behind. Make the
