Position Overview As a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer at Diligent, you will play a hands-on role in designing, building, and evolving secure, scalable, and high-performing SaaS applications and services. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys owning technical delivery across projects, shaping backend architecture, and contributing to the long-term modernization of our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teammates to deliver customer value through well-designed APIs, maintainable Rails applications, modern engineering practices, reliable cloud-based deployments, and pragmatic use of AI-assisted engineering tools where they improve speed or quality.
