FEQ427R368 The Impact You Will Have Databricks' Field Engineering organization is growing rapidly across the Americas (AMER), and our FE teams need enablement that meets them where they are: regionally relevant, technically deep, and aligned to how their Business Unit (BU) sells. This is a regional enablement role embedded in the AMER Enablement team. You will own the end-to-end FE enablement strategy for your AMER business unit, ensuring every Field Engineer (FE) in your segment can confidently qualify, position, demo, and defend Databricks in competitive situations. You will be the connective tissue between Global FE Enablement programs and the regional field, translating global content into regionally actionable assets, representing the field-readiness voice in BU leadership forums, and ensuring that when an FE walks into a customer meeting, they are prepared to win. You won't just run programs. You'll shape how enablement lands for hundreds of field engineers across your BU, working directly with Tech GMs and FE Senior Executives, Global FE Enablement, and cross-functional enablement peers (Sales, Customer, Partner) to drive measurable field readiness. This is an individual-contributor role: you lead through influence, SME communities, and the assets you build, not through direct reports. What You'll Do Own the regional FE enablement strategy for your AMER business unit, from foundational onboarding through advanced technical specialization and competitive positioning Execute and regionalize global FE programs: take global enablement content (technical foundations, product launches, certifications, specializations) and adapt it for your BU's specific sales motion, customer base, and competitive landscape Support product launch readiness for the field: ensure FEs in your BU are prepared for new product launches with regionally relevant talk tracks, demo environments, hands-on labs, and competitive positioning before GA Build and ship enablement at scale using AI:

About Supabase Supabase is the open-source backend platform trusted by millions of developers to build web apps, SaaS products, and AI-native applications. Our Partnerships team works across the ecosystem - technology partners, cloud platforms, VCs, accelerators, and startup programs - to make Supabase the default backend for the next generation of companies. About the Role We're looking for a Startup Partner Enablement & Programs Manager to bring our partner ecosystem to life through enablement, events, and programs to raise awareness of Supabase's value proposition to early stage startups. You'll own the materials, playbooks, and activations that help our partners - VCs, accelerators, incubators and entrepreneurship programs - successfully promote and build with Supabase. That includes organizing Supabase's presence at partner and VC-related events, running office hours, hackathons and VIP dinners, and turning relationships into repeatable, high-impact programs. This role sits on the Partnerships team and reports to the Head of Startups, working closely with teammates across the startup program, GTM, developer relations, and marketing. Because the bulk of our events and partner activity is concentrated in San Francisco and the Bay Area, we strongly prefer candidates based there who can regularly attend and host events in person. It's a great fit for someone who loves the operational craft of enablement and programs and wants to work at the intersection of startups, venture, and developer tools. What You'll Do Build and maintain partner enablement materials - decks, one-pagers, playbooks, and activation guides - that help partners across the ecosystem promote and build with Supabase Manage the operational cadence of partner programs: collaborating on strategy, tracking activations, and keeping program logistics running smoothly across partner types Organize Supabase's presence at partner and VC-related events — demo days, founder summits, portfolio workshops, p
Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About the Role: As one of Notion’s founding Demo Engineers, you’ll build the global demo engine behind how we bring Notion’s most important customer stories to life. You’ll shape the standards, systems, and experiences that help our Sales teams demonstrate what is possible with Notion, from the first customer conversation through implementation and deployment. This is a high-impact opportunity to create the function from the ground up. You’ll establish global standards, turn our strongest customer solutions into repeatable demos, and give regional teams the tools and autonomy to innovate. Your work will directly influence how customers understand Notion’s platform, AI capabilities, and potential to transform how their organizations work. This role reports to the Global Head of Acquisition and partners closely with Sales, Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), Enablement, and PMM. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work along
The Opportunity MongoDB’s partner ecosystem — systems integrators, ISVs, and the major cloud providers — is a strategic growth engine for the business. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Plays and Offerings to design the joint go-to-market motions that turn partner relationships into pipeline and revenue. This is a highly cross-functional, strategic role: you’ll build the sales plays and joint offerings themselves, partner with Enablement to get the field and our partners ready to sell them, instrument how they perform, and work with the Programs lead to make sure incentives reward the behavior we want to see. You will report directly to the VP of Partner Strategic Operations and act as a connective layer between Partnerships, Sales, Enablement, and Programs — translating ecosystem strategy into repeatable, measurable, field-ready motions. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based anywhere in the US for our hybrid working model. What You'll Do Build sales plays and joint offerings Design and package partner sales plays and joint solution offerings with priority ISVs, SIs, and cloud partners — defining the joint value proposition, target segment, competitive positioning, and playbook for how field and partner sellers execute it Partner with Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and partner counterparts to validate technical integration stories and translate them into a compelling, sellable narrative Prioritize which plays to build and scale based on market opportunity, partner readiness, and alignment to MongoDB’s strategic pillars (e.g., AI, migrations, industry verticals) Own the lifecycle of each play from concept through launch, iteration, and eventual retirement or refresh Drive partner and field enablement Partner closely with the Enablement team to translate each sales play into field- and partner-facing assets: pitch decks, battlecards, demo scripts, certification conte
About the Team The B2B Content team helps business audiences understand what AI makes possible and how to put it to work. We develop narrative, editorial, demo, and adoption programs that connect OpenAI’s products to concrete business value. We partner closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Education, Sales, and other teams to create content that is useful on its own and supports the broader customer journey. We value people who are eager to learn, have a bias for action, and look beyond the immediate deliverable. We build the tools, systems, and shared practices that help the whole team produce better work over time. About the Role We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to turn foundational B2B messaging, flagship narratives, research, launches, events, and product workflows into the right content for different industries, lines of business, audiences, and stages of the customer journey. You’ll create content across webinars, guides, ebooks, blogs, customer proof, and decision-enablement materials. You’ll also build the modular frameworks that allow strong source material to be adapted and reused without recreating the work from scratch. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, which owns product positioning and messaging, and Demand Generation, which owns audience and channel strategy. You’ll bring strong content judgment to that partnership: helping determine what should be created, how it should be structured, and how it can work across different contexts while preserving a coherent central narrative. This is a senior individual-contributor role for a hands-on marketer, writer, and editor. It does not include people management or ownership of the broader content portfolio. This is a hybrid role and will be based in San Francisco, Monday through Wednesday. Thursday and Friday are work-from-home days, with occasional in-office attendance as needed for live webinars. In this role, you will Partner with Product Marke
Altana is the network for trusted trade. Our AI-powered product network empowers governments and businesses to build a more resilient and secure global economy while keeping trade flowing. The Opportunity at Altana You'll lead a team of enterprise Sales Engineers and own the technical side of Altana’s enterprise sales motion. You'll be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, playing a crucial role in translating technical jargon into practical value for our clients and partners. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with partners in Sales, Revenue Enablement, Account Management, Product Marketing, and Product Management in order to shape the entire customer journey, including how we run discovery, what a great demo looks like, how a proof of concept is scoped and judged, and how what we learn in the field makes its way back into the product. This role requires a perfect blend of technical acumen and interpersonal skills, as you will be tasked with presenting our innovative solutions to diverse audiences, ranging from technical contributors to executives. This is primarily a people-leadership role. You won't be the default SE on deals. However there will be times when you’ll have to step into an IC role, and you’ll need to be enough of a product expert to demo the product or run a POV. This role reports to the Head of Enterprise. You Will Lead and grow the team Hire, onboard, and ramp SEs as the Enterprise business scales Define role expectations and a career path so each SE knows what good looks like and what comes next Coach each SE through growth plans and direct feedback, drawn from watching them in live customer engagements Define how Sales Engineering works in the sales process Set the standard for discovery into a customer's trade compliance or supply chain process, and partner with AEs to turn it into a business case Own our demo narratives — the story we tell for each product and use case, and how it shifts for a compliance analyst versus a Chief Supply C
About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role The Claude Platform ships fast, and every launch lands better when the field can understand it, demo it, and teach it. You'll own platform enablement end to end: the demos, hands-on labs, and technical curriculum that let Anthropic's go-to-market teams showcase the Claude Developer Platform with confidence, whether they're building on Anthropic's first-party API or through Bedrock, Vertex, and Foundry. You'll join roadmap and launch planning with the product team before features ship, so the field has what it needs on day one. You're an engineer who teaches. You've shipped products to users.
