Sendbird is building AI agents for customer experience. Our platform already powers billions of conversations every month across chat, voice, video, and messaging APIs. We are now using that foundation to build agents that understand customer context, reason over business data, and take reliable action in production. We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to research, build, and productionize new capabilities for those agents. This role sits at the intersection of agent product development, applied AI research, and production engineering. You will work on systems that enterprise customers depend on every day, not demos or isolated prototypes. About Sendbird and delight.ai Sendbird has spent more than a decade building communication infrastructure for in-app chat, voice, video, and messaging APIs. More than 4,000 brands use our platform, including DoorDash, Match Group, Noom, Yahoo Sports, and Rakuten. Our systems support more than 7 billion messages every month. In 2024, we made a strategic shift toward AI-first customer experience. In 2025, we launched our enterprise AI agent product, delight.ai. Delight.ai helps businesses deliver customer support and engagement that is faster, more contextual, and more personal. Unlike simple FAQ bots, our agents are built to remember customer context, use tools, retrieve relevant knowledge, connect across channels, and handle real customer workflows with accuracy and control. The Role As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will design, build, evaluate, and ship new capabilities for our AI agents. You will work across agent architecture, retrieval, memory, planning, tool use, workflow automation, voice, evaluation, data pipelines, model adaptation, inference, and production integration. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can turn AI research and product ideas into reliable customer-facing features. Some problems will require training, fine-tuning, or adapting models. Others will require better retrieval, bet

P-150 At Databricks, we are passionate about enabling data teams to solve the world's toughest problems — from making the next mode of transportation a reality to accelerating the development of medical breakthroughs. We do this by building and running the world's best data and AI infrastructure platform so our customers can use deep data insights to improve their business. Search plays a foundational role in this mission. Whether through keyword-based retrieval, semantic similarity via vector embeddings, or hybrid approaches that combine both, our Search technologies help customers find, discover, and understand information across massive, complex datasets. These capabilities power everything from Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI assistants, and recommendation systems to enterprise knowledge management, in-product search, and data exploration. As a Staff Software Engineer for Search Quality, you will drive the technical direction of ranking, relevance, evaluation, and quality initiatives across Databricks’ next-generation Search product. You’ll design and build the systems, models, and evaluation frameworks that ensure our Search stack delivers accurate, high-quality results across diverse multimodal datasets and query patterns. You’ll work across research, product, and infra to push the frontier of retrieval quality for enterprise AI applications — blending traditional information retrieval techniques, representation learning, and neural ranking. Beyond hands-on contributions, you will help define our long-term vision for relevance and quality, mentor senior engineers, and lead strategic efforts that raise the accuracy, reliability, and product impact of Search across Databricks. Check out our recent blog post: Reranking in Databricks AI Search for Faster, Smarter Retrieval in RAG Agents The impact you will have: Lead the technical vision for Search Quality, shaping the ranking architecture, relevance modeling stack, and evaluation systems that power Datab
Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About the Role Replit spreads through companies differently than it does through individuals. One person builds an app, colleagues start using it, a team forms, an admin rolls Replit out more widely, and eventually Sales gets involved. You'll be the data scientist for Replit's enterprise business, covering both the product and the go-to-market motion: how Replit spreads inside organizations, what keeps teams engaged after rollout, which features and signals drive expansion, and how all of that becomes pipeline, revenue, and a reliable forecast. Experimentation is hard here. There are far fewer accounts than users, people within an organization influence each other, and admins control what their teams see. You'll figure out how to learn quickly and rigorously anyway. You'll work with Enterprise Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Finance, and your work succeeds when it changes a product, GTM, or investment decision. You will: Define how we measure the enterprise business end to end: account-level activation, breadth (share of seats active), depth (apps built, deployed, and shared), collaboration, consumption, and net revenue retention Understand virality inside organizations: how Replit spreads from a first builder to teams through app sharing, invites, and viewers who become builders; quantify within-account network effects and find the levers that accelerate them Explain post-engagement churn: why seats and accounts that engaged at rollout go dormant, separate seat-level decay from account-level risk, and turn it into account health models that give the product and Customer Success early warning and a clear next action Identify the product behaviors and features that precede seat expansion and p
Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About the Role: We're redefining how software is built and who gets to build it. Our mission is to achieve Autonomy for All: making programming accessible, collaborative, and powered by AI. To realize this vision, we need people who are obsessed with understanding how users experience our product and can turn that understanding into decisions that move the needle. You'll directly impact Replit's growth by turning user behavior into actionable insights that shape product strategy, improve activation and retention, and drive sustainable revenue growth across our self-serve and enterprise segments. Who You are You're a data scientist who moves fast and goes deep. You can spin up an analysis in hours that would take others days; not by cutting corners, but because you've built the intuition and technical toolkit to get to the right answer quickly. You're the person who digs past the top-line number to find the confound, questions whether the metric actually measures what people think it does, and pressure-tests your own work before anyone else sees it. You treat experimentation as a craft, not a checkbox. You've felt the pain of underpowered tests and novelty effects, and you have the judgment to get it right. You use AI agents and tools aggressively to multiply your output - writing code, exploring data, generating hypotheses, but you treat every AI-assisted output as a draft, not a deliverable. You know what good analysis looks like and you won't ship anything that doesn't meet that bar. The result is that you operate at a speed and depth that most DS teams can't match. You will: Design and analyze product experiments to evaluate feature launches, onboarding changes, and in-product interventions with rigorous statistical
