Banking hasn't changed much in decades. We're changing that. One product at a time. Lunar is a Nordic challenger bank building the future of financial life with AI at the core. Our engineers, designers, and product people work on problems that actually matter. Making money simpler, smarter, and more rewarding for millions of people across the Nordics. Fully licensed and founded in 2015, with offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Stockholm. We move fast, we build with purpose, and we're just getting started. As our new Engineering Manager you'll join the Platform Engineering team based in Aarhus, reporting to Rolf Njor Jensen, VP of Technology, working to shape how Lunar builds, and the systems we build with. You'll lead two squads, nine engineers, mostly senior. One owns our application platform for mobile and web, including authorization. The other owns our builder-productivity platform, now focused on getting the whole company to AI-native development. Both squads serve other engineers, and their value shows up in the leverage they give everyone else. What will you do? Lead two squads of senior engineers. Set direction, clear blockers, and give strong ICs room to do their best work. Match your leadership style to the person. Help them grow. Own platform outcomes across both squads: reliability, paved roads, productivity, quality, adoption. Hold internal teams to the same bar as any customer. Drive Lunar's shift to AI-native development. Take us from ad-hoc experiments to embedded practice, in the direction the industry calls the software factory. Handle the culture, tech, people, process, and regulatory sides (DORA and beyond). Help decide where the builder-productivity platform goes next, working closely with whoever defines what gets built and why. Partner with Product and other teams so technical priorities map straight to what customers need. Communicate often, set expectations early. What are we looking for in you? 3-4 years leading engineering teams. You've help

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure. Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users. Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development. We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you. Applying to Render We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team. About the Team The Statsig team within OpenAI builds the experimentation, feature rollout, dynamic configuration, and analytics systems that help OpenAI ship products with speed, safety, and evidence. Our work sits on the critical path for how product, engineering, research, and go-to-market teams learn from real-world usage and make high-confidence decisions. Statsig began as an independent company focused on helping builders move faster through trustworthy experimentation and feature management. After joining OpenAI, the team began its next chapter: bringing deep product expertise, customer intuition, and mature platform infrastructure into the product development system used by every OpenAI team. Today, teams across ChatGPT, Codex, model measurement, consumer monetization, business subscriptions, developer products, and shared infrastructure rely on Statsig to safely introduce new capabilities, measure impact, and roll changes forward or back with confidence. We are at a defining moment as adoption accelerates and the platform becomes a company-wide standard. About the Role We are looking for an Engineering Manager, Statsig Product to lead the product engineering organization responsible for Statsig’s post-acquisition journey at OpenAI. You will define how experimentation, rollout, configuration, and analytics become a simple, reliable, and trusted part of how every OpenAI product team ships. You will set strategy across multiple product and platform workstreams, build the organization and leadership structure needed for the next phase, and establish the operating model for a platform that serves teams across the company. The right leader can operate across product strategy, technical architecture, organizational design, developer experience, reliability, and executive alignment.
