At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. We are seeking an experienced Head of Enterprise Sales, EMEA to lead new business acquisition across EMEA. We are investing aggressively to capture the Enterprise opportunity in front of us, and we are moving upmarket fast. We are looking for a builder: someone who will pave the way upmarket and build a real Enterprise sales playbook from the ground up, rather than inherit one. Our segmentation reflects where we are on that journey. Enterprise is currently defined as companies with 400 or more employees, which makes it a broad segment. You will lead a team running a high volume of mid-sized deals at the lower end alongside the larger, complex enterprise deals at the top. Building a single motion that serves both, without compromising either, is one of the central challenges of this role. What you’ll do as a Head of Enterprise Sales, EMEA at Vanta: Define and build the Enterprise motion in EMEA: setting a clear multi-year vision aligned to GTM objectives, creating the playbook, processes, and deal strategy behind it, and evolving it as the market shifts Own the EMEA Enterprise number, driving pipeline generation, win rate, average deal size, sales cycle length, and quota attainment Get hands-on in your team's most strategic deals, joining customer conversations, coaching in the moment, and helping close the deals that set the standard for what Enterprise looks like at Vanta Hire, mentor, and develop your Managers and AEs as the team scales, and create clear career paths into Enterprise and leadership roles Deliver an accurate weekly forecast, and build the inspection cadence, deal reviews and pipeline hygiene that make it trustw

The Senior Enterprise Engineer opportunity Statsig is building an Enterprise Engineering team for engineers who want unusually direct ownership of high-stakes customer outcomes. Like a Forward Deployed Engineering team, Enterprise Engineering works extremely close to customers and tackles the technical problems that matter most to them. The difference is the scope of ownership. Forward Deployed Engineering is often concentrated around implementation or onboarding; Enterprise Engineering is responsible for a customer’s technical success throughout the entire customer journey. You’ll stay close as needs evolve, answering questions, investigating across the stack, identifying root causes, shipping fixes and features, and remaining accountable through resolution. This is a software engineering role with a tight customer feedback loop. It is ideal for a pragmatic generalist, especially someone with backend or infrastructure depth who enjoys ambiguous problems, production systems, fast decisions, and immediate impact. What you’ll do Serve on the engineering front line in Unthread, our Slack aggregation and workflow layer, for key customer accounts. Answer technical questions by reading the code, tracing behavior, inspecting production signals, and building a clear explanation, not by forwarding the thread. Diagnose and fix bugs, then validate the outcome with the customer. Design and implement product or platform features when doing so is the fastest, highest-quality way to solve the customer’s problem. Act as the engineering point of contact for urgent issues in key customer accounts’ Slack channels, coordinating the response while retaining technical ownership. Represent engineering in customer office hours and, for selected accounts, recurring weekly meetings. Partner closely with customer-facing and product teams while maintaining crisp ownership, communication, and escalation paths. Identify recurring patterns and improve tooling, documentation, observability, APIs,

What you'll do here Design and build new features end to end, from technical design through production rollout. Design and implement backend architecture changes that support Coder's long-term scalability goals. Investigate and resolve scalability bottlenecks under production-like load, from database access patterns to concurrency handling in coderd. Improve database migration safety and upgrade reliability through schema compatibility, background migrations, and safe rollback strategies. Own the backend side of issues surfaced by Coder operators and administrators. Document the design, implementation, and operational tradeoffs of the systems you build. Participate in code reviews, RFC-style design discussions, and on-call rotations for the services you own. What we're looking for 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant production experience with Go. Deep understanding of Go's concurrency model, including goroutines, channels, the sync package, and debugging race conditions under real-world load.
