Our Mission You call. You wait. You call again. In every other part of your life, you book in seconds. In healthcare, you’re blocked. We’re here to give power to the patient. For nearly 20 years, we’ve built the leading healthcare marketplace - helping tens of millions of people find and book the care they need. You'll enjoy this role if you are… Personally motivated by building winning cultures — you believe accountability and engagement aren't opposites, they reinforce each other Autonomous, urgent, and creative. You genuinely love tackling complex organizational challenges and turning them into competitive advantages Highly strategic in your thinking, but never too far from the details that drive execution Passionate about developing leaders — you get just as excited about unlocking a manager's potential as you do about closing a major dea
