JOB SUMMARY B-Stock's marketplace growth depends on a thriving buyer ecosystem at every level. This role owns the full buyer lifecycle — from acquiring and activating new buyers to growing them into Premier Buyers ($250K+/year) — through hands-on lifecycle execution, personalized marketing programs, and cross-functional partnership. This is a builder and operator role. The person who takes this job will design and build B-Stock's buyer lifecycle architecture from the ground up — Braze canvases, segmentation frameworks, behavioral triggers, journey orchestration — and own the engagement and activation outcomes those programs drive. The personalization strategy and prioritization tradeoffs are set at the team level; this person owns making that strategy real through expert execution and continuous optimization. This is a builder role in every sense, including how you use AI: you'll design AI-powered automations and agentic workflows into the lifecycle programs you build. This is also a cross-functional role. Success depends on close partnership with Product and Data teams to get the right signals into the right programs, and on building credibility with the Buyer Account Management team to ensure high-value buyers are prioritized and well-served. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lifecycle Architecture & Hands-On Execution Design and build B-Stock's buyer lifecycle architecture in Braze — canvases, onboarding journeys, behavioral triggers, re-engagement flows, and retention programs across all buyer segments. Own segmentation strategy and execution: define buyer cohorts by behavior, transaction history, lifecycle stage, and engagement score, and build the segmentation logic that powers personalized messaging at scale. Orchestrate messaging across channels — email, in-app, push, and SMS — ensuring the right message reaches the right buyer at the right moment without creating fatigue. Build and iterate on personalization frameworks: define which

Role Description Dropbox’s Design team is looking for a Director of Product Design to define the next generation of product experiences and infrastructure for Dropbox. In this role, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for the systems, patterns, and operating model that shape how Dropbox builds coherent, high quality, multi product experiences at scale. We are building a modern system that can support a broader portfolio of products, accelerate product teams to achieve product market fit, improve front end quality, and create durable patterns for the most important product experiences across Dropbox. You will lead the team responsible for turning repeated product needs into reusable experience infrastructure: interaction patterns, product frameworks, design primitives, implementation standards, and adoption models that make it easier for teams to build excellent Dropbox experiences. As Director, you will oversee the evolution of Dropbox’s design system into a next generation design and technology platform. This includes the foundational system of components, tokens, accessibility standards, and documentation, but also the broader lifecycle of product patterns: how they are identified, designed, validated, built, adopted, measured, improved, and eventually deprecated. You will help move the team from a reactive model, where design systems patternize work after the fact, to a more proactive model, where the team helps shape core product experiences from the beginning. You will also establish Design Systems and Design Technology as a center of excellence for front end product quality. This team should not only define what good looks like, but help build it. That means partnering deeply with product designers, engineers, product managers, researchers, brand, and leadership to create high leverage patterns that improve product coherence, accelerate execution, and raise the quality bar across web, mobile, desktop, and emerging AI native experiences. About Flexport: At Flexport, we believe global trade can move the human race forward. That’s why it’s our mission to make global commerce so easy there will be more of it. We’re shaping the future of a $10T industry with solutions powered by innovative technology and exceptional people. Today, companies of all sizes—from emerging brands to Fortune 500s—use Flexport technology to move more than $19B of merchandise across 112 countries a year. The recent global supply chain crisis has put Flexport center stage as we continue to play a pivotal role in how goods move around the world. We are proud to have the support of the best investors in the game who believe in our mission, solutions and people. Ready to tackle global challenges that impact business, society, and the environment? Come join us. The Opportunity We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to own strategy across Ops Tech—the operational backbone of Flexport's freight forwarding business—and lead the build of an AI-powered freight operating system that automates the majority of work our operators do today. This is not a single-feature role, and it's not incremental tooling. You will define the vision for how multiple operational product surfaces work together across the shipment lifecycle—from exception handling to end-to-end task automation—then execute against that vision with a high degree of autonomy. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and business outcomes. The systems you build will directly move Flexport's cost structure, throughput, and service quality, so you'll be measured not by features shipped but by the operational and financial impact you realize. You'll also be reengineering how the business runs: designing the product often means redesigning the operating process itself, and persuading operations and commercial leaders to adopt a new operating model. Think of it as equal parts product management, process engineering, and internal consulting
Role Description Dropbox’s Design team is looking for a Principal Designer to help define the future of content activation for Dropbox customers. In this role, you will help lead the design vision and execution for Dropbox’s portfolio of products and services. As a Principal Designer, you will shape how AI helps customers get their jobs done faster, better, and with greater confidence. Dropbox holds the content, context, and collaboration that power our customers’ most important work. This role is about designing AI experiences that activate that content in useful, intuitive, and trustworthy ways, helping customers find clarity, make progress, and take action without adding complexity or friction. We believe AI should sharpen our customers, not replace their judgment. You will be responsible for creating experiences where AI acts as a thoughtful partner: surfacing what matters, reducing busywork, connecting ideas, and helping people move from information to action, while keeping customers in control. The best experiences will feel elegant, precise, and almost invisible; AI should make Dropbox more powerful without making it feel more complicated. This role requires a designer with exceptional craft, strong product judgment, and the ability to operate across strategy, systems, and execution. You will translate emerging AI capabilities into high-trust, “it just works” product experiences, while raising the quality bar for the broader design organization. You will also help transform the team into AI-enabled designers, setting new standards for how we use AI in our own design process, how we prototype, how we explore, and how we deliver customer value. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing, and Design leadership to shape not only what we build, but how we build it. This is a critical role for Dropbox’s AI-first, multi-product future, and for defining the next generation of product experiences that help customers do their best work. Res
