You'll troubleshoot issues in real time, coordinate cross-functional resolution for complex problems, and execute deployment testing to protect production environments. What you'll do: Own real-time functional and technical support for electronic trading, clearing systems, and exchange applications across CDE and Deribit. Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to exchange functionality, market events, connectivity, product schedules, and business technology. Provide front-line support for internal and external investigations tied to exchange operations, including error trade analysis and resolution.
