Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for client facility-related requirements. Attend client meetings and resolve service requests promptly. Vendor Management Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping materials pantry supplies pest control and other facility services. Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of services. Verify invoices delivery challans and supporting documents before processing. 5. Inventory & Asset Management Maintain stock of housekeeping and pantry consumables. Ensure timely procurement to prevent stock shortages. Track and maintain facility assets and equipment. Conduct periodic inventory audits. 6. Documentation & Reporting Maintain attendance records checklists logbooks and statutory documents. Prepare daily weekly and monthly MIS reports. Ensure all records are updated and readily available for audits. Maintain proper documentation for billing and invoice processing.
