Toast creates technology to help restaurants and local businesses succeed in a digital world, helping business owners operate, increase sales, engage customers, and keep employees happy. The Early Talent Lead owns the strategy and its delivery across the business. They are part of the CEO Office, reporting to the Chief of Staff, as a part of our Growth workstreams.
