Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn’t work together. So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions – to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we’ve embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale. Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes – large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. As our sellers grow, so do our solutions. There is a massive opportunity in front of us. We’re building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same. The Role We're building a team of standout sales leaders, the kind who raise the performance of everyone around them. As a Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of Account Executives and own one of our most critical growth levers: developing talent that consistently outperforms. This role is about building a high-performance sales organisation where every hire raises the bar, every coaching conversation sharpens execution, and every decision is grounded in data. You'll bring the rigour, along with energy! You'll be expected to coach in the work, not after it. You'll diagnose pipeline health before it becomes a forecasting problem, develop future leaders before promotions become necessary, and create an operating

About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. At Anthropic, we believe new AI capabilities are best achieved through secure foundations, not in spite of them. As capabilities grow more advanced, it is critical that progress moves forward safely and for the benefit of all society. It is the reason why security sits at the center of our work, and not as an afterthought. We're specifically looking for a Software Engineer to help us build and maintain new agentic coding tools for developers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developer tools, extensive knowledge of diverse programming environments and languages, and experience with advanced LLM features like tool-use, chaining and orchestration patterns, and prompt engineering. You may be a good fit if you: Are excited about AI-assisted coding as a tool to enhance developer productivity and creativity—not replace human ingenuity Spend a lot of time refining and customizing your AI
About Us OpenFX is on a mission to move money as freely as data, unrestricted by time zones, banking hours, or legacy systems. We are building the infrastructure that will power the next generation of cross-border payment systems for institutions. The team's execution has been exceptional, and we're scaling at a remarkable pace. Our stellar early team comes with experience in companies like J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, FalconX, PayPal, Affirm, Polygon, Kraken, Nium & others. We're backed by Accel, Lightspeed, NfX and other top-tier investors. Role Overview OpenFX processes billions of dollars in transaction volume every month across global corridors. Application Platform owns the layer every other team builds on: the API gateway, authentication and session security, the admin surface, API standards and governance, identifiers, and the observability that makes production legible. This is where the company's constraints collide. Security requires strong customer authentication, mTLS, and session controls. Product teams need to ship weekly. Auditors and cyber insurers need access controls and evidence. Engineering needs deployment hygiene that does not silently drift. Today these get resolved case by case, in meetings, at the cost of speed. If we do not solve this well, every product team pays a tax in ambiguity, and one bad gateway or auth change becomes an outage on the money path. Key Responsibilities Run the Application Platform pod of roughly 8 to 15 engineers and QA, with a Tech Lead reporting to you. You own the roadmap, the standards, and the on-call posture. Own the API gateway and edge: routing, plugins, rate limiting, mTLS and HMAC, and rollout strategy for changes sitting in front of production traffic with a rollback path that has actually been exercised. Own authentication and session security: strong customer authentication, re-authentication, new-device gating, session revocation, API key and credential management. Own API standards and governance: t
