We are seeking senior engineers to pioneer new methodologies for accurately assessing the performance and capabilities of ground-breaking deep learning models, including LLMs, RAG, agents, and vision models. You will collaborate across the organization to bring the latest flagship models from our community and partners to life. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to craft the future of AI at a fast-growing company at the forefront of the AI revolution. Join our team of world-class software engineers and partners to deliver the most advanced models with lightning-fast inference. You'll work on the most powerful, enterprise-grade GPU clusters capable of hundreds of PetaFLOPS and gain early access to unreleased hardware, making a direct impact on NVIDIA's roadmap and the broader AI landscape! What you’ll be doing: Design and build decision-grade evaluation environments for NVIDIA's frontier models spanning reasoning, multimodal, long-context, and agentic systems, producing auditable accuracy signals that gate every major model release. Research and develop novel evaluation methodologies for emerging model families and capability domains (low-precision numerics, multi-turn agentic tasks, code generation) where established benchmarks don't yet exist or don't generalize. Build and operate the evaluation infrastructure and pipelines including benchmark environments, regression CI systems, and statistical analysis tooling, used by model, product, and applied research teams across NVIDIA. Partner with model research, training, and customer teams to translate evaluation signals into concrete decisions: release go/no-go, training iteration direction, and competitive positioning against external frontier models. What we need to see: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field <li

We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that. We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft. We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us! Key Overview: As a Member of Technical Staff in Post-Training, you will train our large language models (LLMs) with reinforcement learning and develop methods that help them generalize beyond the distribution they were trained on. You will design the training recipes, environments, and evaluations that tell us whether a model has truly learned a skill or has only fitted its training tasks, and turn what works into the recipes behind our production models. You will work closely with the post-training data infrastructure, evaluation, and pre-training teams. Key Responsibilities Design, run, and analyse large-scale RL post-training experiments (e.g., RLHF, RL from verifiable rewards). Research and develop methods that improve out-of-distribution generalization, such as reward design, environment and task diversity, curricula, and regularization. Build held-out evaluations that measure generalization to unseen tasks, domains, and formats, and that catch reward hacking and benchmark overfitting. Diagnose training dynamics and failure modes, including instability, reward over-optimization, and capability regressions. Turn successful r

Who We Are Nuro believes self-driving vehicles are the most immediate and profound opportunity for AI to drive positive change in the physical world. Safer streets, more time for what matters, and easier access to the world around us, that’s why we’re building a universal autonomy platform: self-driving for all roads and all rides. Founded in 2016, Nuro is a physical AI company developing Level 4 autonomous driving technology for a wide range of vehicles, use cases, and markets. Powered by the Nuro Driver™, our universal autonomy platform enables the global mobility ecosystem to deploy autonomy at scale, from robotaxis and logistics fleets to personal vehicles. With years of real-world deployment experience and a flexible, partner-led business model, Nuro is working toward a future where millions of autonomous vehicles powered by our technology help make everyday life safer, easier, and more connected. Nuro has raised over $2B in capital from Uber, NVIDIA, Google, Softbank, Fidelity, T. Rowe Price, and other leading investors. About the Role We are looking for a Senior/Staff Machine Learning Engineer to be a technical leader on Nuro’s Behavior & Planning team. Our team owns how the Nuro Driver behaves on the road: prediction, decision making, and planning, and is responsible for turning Nuro’s large-scale driving data into safe, comfortable, and natural driving behavior. In this role you will bring strong, general machine learning expertise to some of the hardest problems in autonomy and drive them from research through to deployment on real vehicles. You’ll work at the frontier of applied ML spanning areas such as foundation and world models, LLM/VLM reasoning, reinforcement and imitation learning, generative and diffusion models, and transformer-based prediction and planning. You’ll apply this knowledge and experience to make our driving generalize as we scale across new geographies as we expand throughout the U.S. and globally, and across new vehi

Gather AI
📍 Remote (India)• Remote
3mo ago

About Us Are you ready to build the future of the supply chain? At Gather AI, we're not just creating software; we're pioneering a new era of warehouse intelligence. We've developed a groundbreaking, vision-powered platform that uses autonomous drones and existing equipment to capture real-time data, completely digitizing workflows that have historically been manual and error-prone. This means facilities operate smarter, safer, and more efficiently, ultimately redefining "on-time, in full" delivery. If you're looking for an opportunity to contribute to truly transformative technology and make a significant impact in a vital industry, Gather AI is the place for you. We're leading the charge in the rapidly evolving robotics industry, and we invite you to join us in reshaping the global supply chain, one intelligent warehouse at a time. About the Team You'll join the Data Platform team at its inception, helping establish the foundation from day one . Today, production and analytical workloads share a single database, and every product team defines its own metrics. This team exists to fix that: designing the warehouse, the transformation layers, and the semantic model that every product and dashboard will build on going forward, in close partnership with product, engineering, and security. About the Role Most data platform roles ask you to extend something someone else has already built. This one starts with a blank canvas. As Principal Data Engineer , you'll architect Gather AI's data foundation from the ground up: separating analytical workloads from live production traffic, building a semantic layer so metrics are defined once and stay consistent everywhere, and linking structured records to real drone imagery and video with full traceability. You'll prove the model end to end on Gather's drone product, then generalize it so every new product extends the foundation instead of rebuilding it, all while working as a Principal-level individual contributor with real influ
