Instawork is on a mission to create meaningful economic opportunities for skilled hourly professionals in communities around the globe. Our AI-powered labor marketplace helps local businesses scale, and enables global technology companies to push the frontiers of robotics and AI. What you’ll do Own uptime for the Instacore fleet. Build, assemble, test, and troubleshoot the mechanical and electrical systems that keep hundreds of units capturing data daily. Ship hardware iterations fast. Work directly with our robotics team to prototype, integrate, and stress-test improvements to the rig — cameras, IMUs, wiring, mounts, power Get your hands dirty. Drata is building the trust layer between great companies - automating compliance, managing risk, and helping organizations prove trust continuously as they scale. We're Dratanauts: a global crew of 600+ professionals united by a culture that rewards integrity, ownership, and raising the bar, no matter where in the world we're working from. Why Join the Drata Team? At Drata, you're not maintaining legacy compliance software - you're building the agentic AI platform defining what trust looks like for the next generation of companies. Here's what makes the work itself worth showing up for: Problems without a playbook: You'll work at the edge of AI and security, building agentic governance, continuous compliance, and real-time trust verification to solve problems that don't have an established answer yet. You're writing it as you go. Real ownership, not just process: Our values center on owning outcomes and raising the bar, not checking boxes. You're expected to have opinions and back them. A seat at the table: Your perspective is unique and valued. Open debate and diverse viewpoints are built into how decisions actually get made here, at every level. Growth at rocketship speed: Drata is scaling fast, which means scope grows fast too. High performers get more ownership, visibility, and experience. A crew, not just coworkers: Dratanauts consistently describe a "come as you are" culture with sharp, curious people—the kind of team that makes hard problems genuinely fun to solve. See what they say here and follow us on LinkedIn for company news, employee stories, and career updates. Job Summary: Drata is reimagining compliance as an intelligent, always-on experience — and AI is at the center of that vision. We are seeking a Senior AI Product Engineer to own the full-stack development of customer-facing AI features, embedded directly within our product teams. This is not a platform or infrastructure role. You'll translate the capabilities of LLMs, agents, and RAG pipelines

Who we are About Bridge We’re creating an entirely new payments platform, built with stablecoins, to simplify global money movement. Bridge enables faster, cheaper payments and borderless access to dollars via stablecoins. Through our APIs, businesses can send and receive funds across borders faster / cheaper vs. SWIFT and other fiat-only rails. Our virtual accounts enable international consumers and businesses to easily access, store and spend US dollars. Our payouts infrastructure enables platforms to disburse USD to anyone globally. We believe many trillions of dollars will move and settle through stablecoin payment rails. Bridge is pulling this future forward. We have a small team of people who have previously built financial infrastructure at some of the world’s leading companies (Coinbase, Stripe, Square, Brex, Upstart, DoorDash, Airbnb) and each and every one of them chose Bridge because they fundamentally believe that stablecoins will be a critical piece of financial infrastructure that allows for the improvement of global money movement. What you’ll do We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Data team at Bridge. You'll own the data strategy for customer experience at Bridge, spanning two closely linked areas: Payments quality — transaction speed, uptime/reliability, error rates, and support ticket trends across our payment rails and products. Product experience — how customers interact with Bridge's dashboard, onboarding flows, and other surfaces, and where friction is costing us adoption or trust. This focus area may shift over time as the business evolves, and we're looking for someone who can adapt their scope accordingly — spinning up their knowledge of different product areas, creating new analyses and instrumentation as priorities emerge or change. This is a high-ownership seat: you'll be the primary data voice for your focal area, expected to identify what matters, build the pipelines and analysis to prove it, and drive dec
