About the Job: We're looking for a Senior EMEA Marketing Manager to lead marketing in the region, in close collaboration with Sales, with field activities and events as the core part of the role. This is a senior, individual-contributor position for someone who knows how great regional B2B marketing programs are built — from tactics through hands-on execution — and who's looking to shape and build the approach rather than run a standard playbook. You'll join a growing international marketing team in an essential role for the team and business, reporting to the International Marketing Director. You'll take full ownership of the EMEA field calendar and act as the region's on the ground presence, with the scope to also contribute to broader regional marketing campaigns. In this role, you'll get to innovate and design impactful, memorable experiences that drive real results. Responsibilities: Own the EMEA field calendar end-to-end — from tactics and planning through execution and post-event follow-through, across owned events, third-party conferences, sponsorships, executive roundtables, and partner co-marketing events etc. Lead regional sponsorship approach and vendor management — negotiate sponsorship packages and deliverables, coordinate on assets and work with agencies, partners and vendors. Design differentiated, memorable experiences — go beyond the standard execution model to create formats that genuinely engage audiences and build awareness around the brand. Partner closely with EMEA Sales — work hand-in-hand with Sales and SDR teams on field activities, on-site engagement, and structured post-event follow-up. Act as a confident, credible voice with internal stakeholders to represent Marketing. Own reporting and ROI — track leads, pipeline capture, and spend against your Marketing activities and campaigns, and report results back to leadership. Operate independently — take action and define approach, budget requests, format, and vendors in line with Sales

About the role As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) focused on Inference & Post-Training, you will be a hands-on technical partner to our most strategic customers — production AI teams looking to leverage high quality models and do inference at scale. For us, FDE is not a replacement for a Solutions Architect; you will partner with our SAs as a deep-domain specialist in inference optimization, fine-tuning pipelines, and production deployment. As key contributors to both the CX, Engineering, and Sales organizations, FDEs add tremendous value by ensuring we can meet the requirements of our most complex POCs, facilitate successful platform adoption, and guide tailored optimization efforts — directly impacting customer success, company growth, and the hardening of our core platform. Must be a permanent resident or citizen of Singapore. Responsibilities Inference Engine Optimization: Select, configure, and optimize inference engine based on hardware, model architecture, and workload profile Configuration & Performance Tuning: Develop configuration updates to win critical POCs, benchmarks, and optimize customer deployments; tune KV cache, apply speculative decoding, determine optimal tensor parallelism, and determine quantization strategy to hit throughput and latency targets. Post-Training & Fine-Tuning: Drive hands-on RL training runs and optimize system design; guide customers through LoRA, SFT, DPO, RLHF, and GRPO pipelines from experimentation through production. Strategic Customer Alignment: Act as the primary technical point of contact for aligned strategic accounts — monitoring and optimizing endpoint configurations, helping customers get the most out of the platform, and collaborating to ensure we hit critical milestones. Opinionated Onboarding: Establish direct alignment with strategic customers at onboarding; ensure the right inference and post-training configurations are in place from day one to improve time-to-value. About the role As a Customer Success Manager I at 3rdRisk, you're the person who turns a new customer into a confident, successful one. You own onboarding from kickoff to go-live — guiding organizations through implementation and configuration until they're getting real value from the platform — and you stay with them afterwards as their trusted point of contact, running the relationship through regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews. Based out of Diligent's Vancouver office, you'll serve 3rdRisk customers across North America as part of a Customer Success team that's still taking shape: four CSMs split across Vancouver and Amsterdam, working closely as one team across both hubs. That early stage is the opportunity. Alongside the customer work, you'll help build the function itself — turning what works into repeatable playbooks, templates, and processes, and helping align how 3rdRisk operates as it integrates with Diligent. You'll have real ownership from day one and a direct hand in shaping how the team works as it grows. It's a role for someone who genuinely enjoys the customer relationship, likes creating structure where there isn't any yet, and wants to grow their Customer Success career somewhere their work has visible impact. What you'll do Own customer onboarding end to end — from kickoff through configuration to go-live — so every new customer reaches value quickly and confidently. Build and continuously improve the onboarding experience, capturing what works in playbooks, templates, and documentation the whole team can use. Run the ongoing relationship with your customers: proactive check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews, and the day-to-day partnership that drives adoption, satisfaction, and retention. Be the trusted point of contact your customers rely on, and step in on more complex situations — coordinating with product, support, and engineering to get to a resolution. Help build 3rdRisk's Customer Success function: shaping process, tooling, and

Dscout

At Dscout, we’re building the most flexible and powerful UX research platform on the market—trusted by the world’s top brands in finance (JP Morgan Chase, Intuit, Charles Schwab, PayPal), healthcare (Aya, Headspace), consumer goods (Keen, Verizon, Target, Northface), and tech (Google, Amazon, Facebook, Meta, Spotify, AirBnB). Our tools help teams deeply understand the humans behind their products, so they can build better ones. We are expanding our smart and driven team and would love for you to join us. We're looking for an AI Product Manager who brings the full standard PM toolkit — user research, market and competitive analysis, roadmap and strategy, cross-functional delivery, and strong collaboration instincts - and applies it to products where the model underneath doesn't behave the same way twice. You have a real, hands-on feel for what different LLMs are actually good and bad at, and you use that to prototype ideas yourself, sometimes shipping small, production-quality AI features directly. You default to ownership: of the roadmap, of outcomes, of the quality bar that decides whether something's actually ready to ship, and of what an agent should be trusted to do on its own versus when a human needs to stay in the loop. That's because building AI-native products means quality is a distribution, not a pass/fail — a feature can work correctly most of the time and still need a real answer for the failure tail, since the underlying system is non-deterministic, not just complex. What you'll do Lead the roadmap and strategy for your product area, from problem discovery through delivery and post-launch iteration Lead the evaluation bar for the model-powered surfaces you're responsible for: define eval sets, identify failure modes, and know the rollback plan before a change ships Prototype product ideas directly using your own understanding of model strengths and weaknesses, and ship small, production-quality AI features yourself when that's the fastest path to
