About Hark Hark is an artificial intelligence company building advanced, personalized intelligence. One that is proactive, multimodal, and capable of interacting with the world through speech, text, vision, and persistent memory. We're pairing that intelligence with next-generation hardware to create a universal interface between humans and machines. While today's AI largely operates through chat boxes and decade-old devices, Hark is focused on what comes next: agentic systems that interact naturally with people and the real world. To get there, we're developing multimodal models and next-generation AI hardware together - designed from the ground up as a single, unified interface for a new era of intelligent systems. About the Role We're looking for an experienced Acoustics Lab Manager to run Hark's acoustic test lab and serve as lead technician for the audio team. You will own the physical infrastructure every acoustic measurement at Hark depends on: the anechoic chamber and corresponding measurement facilities, turntable and microphone arrays, and the calibration, maintenance, and inventory systems that keep the labs organized. You will design and execute test flows spanning axial and polar measurements, power response, time-domain characterization, and make sure every measurement coming out of the lab is repeatable and defensible. This is hands-on work at the center of how Hark verifies and communicates acoustic performance. Responsibilities Own and maintain the acoustics lab: reference room, anechoic chamber, turntable, microphone arrays, preamps, and supporting instrumentation Set up and execute acoustic measurement campaigns: axial and polar response, power response, spinorama (CEA-2034-style), frequency response, distortion, and more Implement automation where necessary to enhance repeated test flows Define and maintain test procedures and SOPs so measurements are repeatable across sessions and product programs Own the full inventory of lab equipment and supp

About the team The ChatGPT Library team is building the persistence layer that helps people and organizations collaborate with increasingly capable AI systems. ChatGPT Library provides users with a durable place for their files, context, and creations, forming a substrate between humans and agents—a foundation for AI that can remember, retrieve, and act on the right context over time. The team sits within the Personalization organization and partners closely with product, design, research, model, and infrastructure teams. Its work helps models become a useful second brain for individuals—for example, answering questions such as “What did I work on last week?”—and supports enterprise use cases that turn company knowledge into accessible, actionable context. Instawork Robotics Labs (IRL India) · Bengaluru · Internship (Full-time, On-site) Build the hardware that teaches robots about the real world Robots learn from data — and the best data comes from the real world, captured at scale. At IRL India, we’re building Instacore, our proprietary 5-camera + IMU wearable capture rig that records rich, egocentric video of humans doing real tasks in real environments. Hundreds of these units run across India every day, feeding the training pipelines of frontier Physical AI models. Your job : keep this fleet alive, fast, and growing. At Dscout, we’re building the most flexible and powerful UX research platform on the market—trusted by the world’s top brands in finance (JP Morgan Chase, Intuit, Charles Schwab, PayPal), healthcare (Aya, Headspace), consumer goods (Keen, Verizon, Target, Northface), and tech (Google, Amazon, Facebook, Meta, Spotify, AirBnB). Our tools help teams deeply understand the humans behind their products, so they can build better ones. We are expanding our smart and driven team and would love for you to join us. Building AI-native products is a different problem than building deterministic software: the same input won't always produce the same output. Good product engineering here means designing experiences that stay useful, trustworthy, and easy to understand even when the AI underneath doesn't behave the same way twice — and knowing when that's a product design problem, not just a model problem. We're looking for a Software Engineer with 2-7 years of experience who thinks like a product owner, not just an implementer. You're comfortable being handed a vague, half-formed problem and figuring out what's actually worth building. You default to empathy for the researcher or participant on the other end of the screen, and you'd rather ship something real and learn from it than wait for a perfect spec. You're fluent enough with modern LLM-based systems to build good product experiences on top of them, even if tuning the model itself isn't your job. What you'll do Own end-to-end delivery of product features — from an ambiguous problem statement to shipped, working software real researchers and participants use Partner directly with Product and Design to help define what should be built, not just how to build it Use our design system to make sound, independent calls on smaller UX and interaction decisions, and know when a change is big enough to loop Design in Build the product surfaces (web app flows, dashboards, in-product controls) that make AI-driven behavior understand
