Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. About the role Synthesia's long-term vision is to build the best human-interactive models: systems that don't just talk to people, but perceive and respond to them, reacting to a user's actions and emotions, not only their words. Today over 60,000 businesses rely on our platform, and the next leap in what we can offer them depends on models that combine text, audio, and video into a single real-time interactive experience. As a Staff Research Engineer, you'll join the Voice team within our 40+ person R&D department, but your scope will extend well beyond voice. You'll help define and drive that broader vision across teams, proposing ambitious research directions and taking direct ownership of the design and implementation of its most critical components. You'll work directly with our voice lead and collaborate tightly with our video teams and other senior members of the org. Concretely, you'll work on voice to voice models that produce text and voice simultaneously. Models that can reason, interrupt the user with back channeling and talk. Models that feel like you are having a natural conversation with, without the feeling of turn taking that is dominant in current speech to speech models. Your role would be
Role Overview & Executive Impact Serving as the West Coast anchor for MongoDB's Global VIP Support, this position acts as the “single-threaded DRI” for the technology needs of E-Staff — the CEO's direct reports — in the US Pacific time zone. You hold end-to-end accountability for their digital journey, from two weeks before Day 1 through daily operations, high-stakes events, global travel, and eventual offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience without handoff friction. The population you support is intentionally scoped and governed by HR and the Office of the CEO, not by IT — this is Phase 1 of a model designed to extend, tier by tier, to SVP+, then VP+, and ultimately the full Senior Leadership Team. The standards, runbooks, and judgment you establish now become the template each later phase reuses. This role prioritizes proactive engagement over traditional ticketing. By monitoring system health and resolving issues before they impact the executive, you act as a protective barrier for critical workflows. You combine high-level IT proficiency with AV expertise to lead high-stakes events and Board meetings, while also empowering the Executive Assistant community through specialized technical training. The way of working behind this role is built on a simple framework: routine diagnostics, health checks, and reporting are handled through automation and intelligent tooling wherever possible, freeing your time for the judgment calls, relationship-building, and in-person moments that actually require a human. Because this framework depends on staying ahead of what's possible, you are expected to stay current on emerging technology and AI trends and proactively evaluate how they can improve the executive support experience. Innovation through AI and automation is fundamental to this model. You will implement intelligent solutions to handle routine diagnostics and triage, eliminating manual toil so that human intervention is reserved for high-impact moments. These a
Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem. This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us. THE ROLE Everpure is seeking a talented and experienced Agentic AI Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Santa Clara, CA. In this role, you will build production-grade agentic AI solutions that drive enterprise automation and digital transformation. You will design and deploy LLM-based services , implement strong prompt engineering techniques, guardrails, and model evaluation frameworks, and ensure secure, scalable delivery on AWS. This role focuses on building reliable, secure, and observable AI systems integrated with enterprise platforms. WHAT YOU'LL DO Design and develop production-grade Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, multi-agent workflows, and RAG pipelines. Implement and refine Prompt Engineering strategies, including structured prompts, tool-calling, and agent orchestration to ensure reliable and deterministic AI behavior. Build secure backend services and REST APIs in Python, integrating AI agents with enterprise systems using microservices architecture. Establish robust guardrails, including output validation, fallback strategies, rate limiting, safe tool invocation, and human-in-the-loop patterns where appropriate. Develop and maintain model evaluation frameworks, including automated prompt testing, retrieval validation, regression testing, and performance benchmarking. Deploy and operate AI services on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and containerization using Docker and Kubernet
About the Role We're looking for a software engineer to build the Kubernetes-native control plane that provisions and runs our GPU inference fleet. You'll design a manifest-driven API where the inference team declares what they need, whether that's a cluster, a model deployment, or a capacity change, and our controllers handle the reconciliation, provider/runtime selection, and lifecycle management underneath, so the inference team never has to know or care which specific serving stack, scheduler, or hardware pool is doing the work. You'll also build the systems that keep the fleet efficient, not just running, including defragmentation and rebalancing logic that consolidates scattered workloads back into contiguous capacity, and scheduling/bin-packing improvements that push GPU utilization up without hurting latency. The core value we're after is decoupling the people building on top of the platform from the operational and runtime complexity underneath, while squeezing more usable capacity out of the same hardware. You'll build the controllers, reconciliation loops, and self-service surface (API/CLI, not tickets) that make that decoupling real, plus the event-driven health, remediation, and utilization systems that keep it running and efficient without a human in the loop. Strong candidates have hands-on experience with Kubernetes controller/CRD patterns, have built or operated a platform API that abstracts multiple backends behind one interface, understand GPU scheduling and capacity efficiency (fragmentation, bin-packing, right-sizing), and think about GPU infrastructure as software to be engineered. A product mindset - you've built internal platforms or APIs consumed by other engineering teams and care about the developer experience of what you ship. You build it, you own it. You are not only responsible for delivering the software but also for operating and supporting it in production. Responsibilities Build the provisioning state machine: design and implement
