Participer à des programmes de remédiation KYC / AML, revues d’efficacité et optimisation des dispositifs existants Contribuer aux programmes AMLR : analyse d’impact réglementaire, déclinaison opérationnelle, gouvernance et trajectoires de mise en conformité Participer à la mise en conformité réglementaire : exigences ACPR, FATF, réglementations locales et européennes (AMLR, eIDAS, DORA, …) Participer à des missions impliquant des outils de sécurité financière (transaction monitoring, sanctions, KYC / CDD), avec une connaissance générale du fonctionnement de solutions du marché (ex. Actimize, NetReveal, Fenergo ou équivalents) Contribuer à la définition ou l’évolution des Target Operating Models conformité (processus, gouvernance, outils, data) Rédiger des politiques, procédures, méthodologies et supports de formation Conduire des évaluations de risques, cartographies, analyses de contrôles et plans de mitigation. Contribuer à l’amélioration des frameworks de gestion des risques : gouvernance, KPI/KRI, reporting. Participer à la conception ou à l’évolution de dispositifs de contrôle interne.
