At Ripple, we’re building a world where value moves like information does today. It’s big, it’s bold, and we’re already doing it. Through our crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments and developers, we are improving the global financial system and creating greater economic fairness and opportunity for more people, in more places around the world. And we get to do the best work of our career and grow our skills surrounded by colleagues who have our backs. If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value. The Opportunity This solution does not yet exist. Corporate treasury teams must choose between old treasury platforms that fail to support digital assets and crypto-native tools that lack fundamental enterprise treasury elements. You will head the engineering effort to remove this choice by incorporating Ripple's digital asset abilities into the Ripple Treasury platform in close partnership with Ripple's core digital assets team. This is a greenfield role. You will join forces with a seasoned infrastructure engineer and a product lead, forming a team of up to four full-stack developers. The direction may change day-to-day as the team finds what works best. There is no guidebook and no comparable market solution. You will determine how digital assets fit into corporate treasury workflows — and through this, help establish a new category of enterprise software. What You'll Do Manage the engineering process for digital asset integration by building and designing systems that join Ripple's digital asset functions (XRP, RLUSD, tokenized assets, custody, cross-border settlement) with Ripple Treasury's enterprise platform. Build and manage a group of up to four full-stack .NET developers, recruiting, mentoring, and developing engineers while staying actively involved in coding. Ship working software daily — lead a fast-paced Kanban workflow where the team builds, prese

If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value. THE WORK: At Ripple Treasury, we're transforming how the world's largest enterprises move, manage, and optimize liquidity. With over 40 years of treasury management expertise combined with Ripple's digital asset infrastructure, we're helping Fortune 500 CFOs and treasurers unlock idle capital and process payments in real-time, processing approximately $12.5 trillion in payment volume annually. This is a commercial, quota-bearing role covering Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The renewal manager who takes it gets a portfolio of enterprise treasury customers and a quarterly target for retention and revenue growth across it. Fifteen countries, a dozen currencies, and no two renewals that look alike! So what does a week actually look like? Mostly customers. Reading usage and support history to work out which accounts have gone quiet. Sitting across from a procurement lead who has been told to cut vendor spend. Working out whether an account that just turned Red is worth fighting for or worth releasing cleanly. Then telling leadership, plainly, where the book is going to land. Three things matter here: keeping customers, growing revenue where the value is real, and knowing the people well enough that a renewal is rarely a surprise. You'll be based in London and report to the Director of Renewals & Retention. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Most of the job is renewal st

Join us in building the future of finance. Our mission is to democratize finance for all. An estimated $124 trillion of assets will be inherited by younger generations in the next two decades. The largest transfer of wealth in human history. If you’re ready to be at the epicenter of this historic cultural and financial shift, keep reading. About the Team We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world’s biggest financial problems. We’re looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn’t a place for complacency, it’s where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We’re a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards. TradePMR is Robinhood's custody and technology platform for registered investment advisors. We're in the middle of one of the most ambitious builds in Robinhood's history: building a next-generation custody platform that lets advisors work seamlessly across custodians, with AI-native insights, digital onboarding, and access to cutting-edge, first-of-a-kind asset classes — delivered as cohesive platform. A core part of this vision is bringing the same intuitive, retail-grade tools and experiences Robinhood has built for individual investors to financial advisors and the clients they serve. The advisors we serve are growth-oriented, multicustodial RIAs, and they run their practices on a stack of portfolio management, CRM, financial planning, and increasingly AI-native tools. Our job is to make TradePMR the easiest, most modern custodian in that stack to build and work with — foundational APIs today, and an increasingly partner-first platform as the industry moves toward agentic, AI-driven advisor workflows tomorrow. This role sits at the center of that effort: part outward-facing partner/advisor advocate, part technical product owner for our integration platform. This role is based i
