About Us: AI needs a new infrastructure layer. We're building it at Modal. Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now. Our customers include category-defining companies like Lovable , Ramp , Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale. We recently raised a $355M Series C at a $4.65B valuation, led by General Catalyst and Redpoint Ventures. We've crossed $300M+ ARR and grown fivefold since September. Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g., Seaborn , Luig i ), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders About the Role We're hiring the first Account Managers at Modal. You'll report to the Regional Director of Account Management and be a founding member of the team. This function does not exist yet. There is no playbook, no territory map, no established motion. You'll own a book of business from day one and build the motion at the same time — from fast-moving AI startups to large enterprise teams running critical infrastructure on Modal. This is a commercial role with a revenue target. You'll be measured on retention and expansion across your accounts. While you won't be delivering the technical recommendations and implementation, the work is technical by nature. Our customers are engineers running GPU workloads, inference, and batch jobs in production, and you need to hold your own in those conversations. At Anyscale , we're on a mission to democratize distributed computing and make it accessible to software developers of all skill levels. We’re commercializing Ray , a popular open-source project that's creating an ecosystem of libraries for scalable machine learning. Companies like OpenAI , Uber , Spotify , Instacart , Cruise , and many more, have Ray in their tech stacks to accelerate the progress of AI applications out into the real world. With Anyscale, we’re building the best place to run Ray, so that any developer or data scientist can scale an ML application from their laptop to the cluster without needing to be a distributed systems expert. Proud to be backed by Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, and Addition with $250+ million raised to date. About the Role Anyscale's security and compliance needs are growing as we work with larger and more demanding customers. Compliance is increasingly a customer-facing, contractual function rather than an internal exercise, and we are looking for someone to own it. This role owns that function end to end: our audits, our evidence base, our risk register, and the security diligence that customers put us through before and during a contract. You will work directly with the Head of Security and across engineering, IT, legal, and sales. This is a program-ownership role with the autonomy and accountability that implies. You will not have a senior compliance function above you to defer to; you are that function. In your first year, success looks like a complete and defensible evidence base with clean audit outcomes, a repeatable way to answer customer security diligence, and a risk register that leadership actually uses. What You'll Do Own our SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 programs, and future frameworks as we take them on, including scope, evidence, control operation, and the relationship with our external auditors. Own and complete the control evidence base in our compliance automation platform, moving controls from partially substantia

About The Role & Team Amplitude is only as useful as the data inside it. The Data Connections team owns how that data gets in and out — importing behavioral and customer data from cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery, from cloud object storage like S3 and Azure Blob Storage, and pushing enriched event data back out to warehouses, object storage, streaming destinations, and downstream advertising and marketing platforms. That means batch and streaming pipelines moving billions of events a day, connections that have to keep working across dozens of customer-controlled systems, credentials and configuration that have to stay correct and secure, and latency and reliability targets that customers build their own pipelines on top of. Recent work includes launching new warehouse export destinations, migrating our import pipelines onto a durable workflow engine, building low-latency streaming export, and supporting cross-region and cross-cloud customer storage. You'll lead a team of around 10 engineers building this, reporting to our Head of Data Platform, and you'll be the person accountable for the roadmap, the reliability, and the growth of the people on it. Most PMs sit behind a roadmap. You'll be in the room where the AI actually gets deployed, then back at HQ making sure what you learned changes the product. The Company Sendbird is on a mission to build the AI workforce of tomorrow. For over a decade, we built the infrastructure behind conversations, chat, voice, video, messaging APIs, and became the #1 CPaaS platform for in-app communications. 4,000+ brands trust us. 7 billion messages flow through our platform every month. 300 million monthly active users. We powered conversations for DoorDash, Match Group, Noom, Yahoo Sports, Rakuten, and thousands of others. We were good at what we did. Really good. We also saw it early: AI would fundamentally reshape how businesses talk to customers. The infrastructure we'd spent a decade building would become commoditized. The value would move up the stack, into intelligence, into experience, into outcomes. We had a choice: protect what we built, or reinvent ourselves. We chose reinvention. In December 2024, we made the full strategic pivot to AI-first customer experience. By February 2025, we'd launched our AI agent for enterprise CX, built on a decade of conversation data, now with intelligence on top. And in November 2025, we rebranded to Delight.ai. The name says it all. AI's real promise isn't efficiency or cost savings. It's giving customers back something they lost, the feeling of being truly understood and cared for. Not satisfied. Delighted. The Product Delight.ai is the AI concierge for customer experience. Most AI agents forget you the moment the conversation ends. Ours doesn't. Delight.ai builds memory over time, learns preferences, and connects context across every channel, chat, SMS, email, voice, WhatsApp, without losing the thread. We're building AI that makes customers feel understood, seen, and remembered. Why Forward Deployed Product Manager Enterprise AI deployments don't fail because the technology is wrong.
